Ok I just watched the end of a season to remember. Tommy and Kat have grandchildren. One of the Grand Children is a ranger. I know this may sound weirda nd I know this took place 8 years before production of SPD. but do you think their grandson could be apart of SPD if it could be canon.

Well Tommy and Kat are probably 18 in Zeo right? This is 1997.

Now Tommy is the mentor in 2005 for Dino Thunder, not married to Kat (as far as we know). He is now aged 26 (apparently). Kat would be too.

Let's say that Tommy and Kat married when they were 30 (random age). The year is 2009.

Had children when they were 35 (random age again). The child is 0. 2014 is the year.

By the time the child is an adult 18, Tommy and Kat are 53. The year is 2032.

Presuming the son or daughter of Tommy and Kat now marries their partner, at an estimate age of 25, the year will now be 2039, Tommy and Kat are now 60.

The first grandson (the apparent "Ranger" in the Zeo finale) of Tommy and Kat would be concieved usually with his parents (Tommy and Kat's son or daughter and their partner) at 30 (again, a random age) Tommy and Kat are 65, the year is 2044.

Now, how old is this first grandson as seen in the Zeo finale? 25, 30?

30 is a neutral age, so to be safe, we'll go for that.

Fast foward time now to 30 years.

Tommy and Kat are apparently 95. The year is 2074. Their son or daughter is 60, and the first grandson is 30. Again, these are random estimates of ages.

How the hell does that work? No futuristic looking buildings, and Tommy and Kat seem pretty healthy and young, martial arts and gymnastics aren't that good on the life process.

SPD is apparently in the year 2025. The first grandson is apparently a Ranger in 2074.

I mean in 15 years time, it's Omega and Nova Ranger's timeline. In 26 years time, Time Force will come into action. He might be a part of a future FUTURE SPD though.

Ok, using random age estimates, I've probably made people too older, and maybe a teenage pregnancy or conception before marriage scenario took place for which I appear to ignore.

The Zeo finale doesn't work, thus I'm concluding it as un-canon filler.

Yeah I know it is canon debatable. Besides they didn't show the outside of their house so they probably just kept the inside of their house old(Compared to future timelines).

I just thought that was interesting how if their grandson was a ranger. Honestly though I don't know who tommy would end up with. I choose Kat though because I liked the fact that the writers moved on with tommy's life instead of him dreading on with Kimberly.

Well Let's say this:
A. I do believe it was 96 instead of 97. Which puts Tommy still at 26 in DT cause it was 04 not 05.
B. Let's say he's about 69/70 by "Season to Remember"
C. 2025 he's 47.
D. Now let's say sometime in between DT and SPD he marries Kat. We'll say 2011 and have their child at 2012.
E. 2025 the Child is 13.
F. 70-47=23 23+2025=2048. So by our calculations "STR" happens in 2048.
G. 23+13=36. So the child is now 36.
H. At 36 it is definately possible to have a nine year old.

So if I'm right Tommy's grandson was not in SPD, but his son could be later on after Gruum.

Interesting calculation. All I know is that SPD probably lasted quite a whil at least till 2125. becasue in RPM it sounds likt in the time line it would be around 2131. So SPD probably fell do to the whole Venjix computer program. SO he could be a ranger a little later in SPD like 2050

Let us take into account that the future is never set in stone. I'm sure there are some examples from Time Force, but I can't think of any right now.

According to Bruce Kalish,Tommy is the green ranger that replaces Bridge.

Can you imagine? He'd be in his late 40s. The idea of Tommy coming back then is weird. Unless he had like a youth potion or something.
