Actually, your logic is flawed.. The Blue Senturion said he came from the year 2000. He didn't say that Countdown To Destruction happened then.. Obviously after the alliance of evil took over, it took two years for the Blue Senturion's race to develop time travel and decide to go back in time to stop whatever it is had happened.
