Was Mrs Applebee a good teacher?

Her assignments seemed pretty simple for a high school class. Plus she was unfair to Bulk and Skull a lot. While they obivously deserved to get disaplined. Mrs. Applebee shouldn't have done it in front of the class. That seemed pretty unprofessional.

Her work was more like showing the rangers who they are like in their unmorph phase

Yes I believe she was a good teacher although her work didn't always fall in line with the proper ages of the students.

I do agree with you, PRangerX that her public punishments of Bulk and Skull wasn't very professional though.
