Somehow, Airi has come into a 10 million yen debt, and the financier to which she owes money begins to repossess the Milk Dipper, even Sakurai's telescope. However, President Fujishiro of the financial company decides of a way that Airi can make up her debt, by becoming his wife. Meanwhile, Den-O has his hands full with not only the Rabbit Imagin, but a pair of Imagin brothers out to kill him.
