Well even though they where not in the teamup. The rest of the footage of the ground fight at end could likely not be used. And just do original ground footage. So if tommy and or Trent was to be in it they could. As I pointed out before only footage if they use the vs film footage they would need or be usable is arrival of villains. Parts of the intro of evil reds with some reshoots in it. And then the megazord fight. Is all we need from the sentai footage. Rest of the special be original. And I rather go back to original footage teamups like we had in past.

Actually didn't dt white and blue recently do a con during the summer. And pretty open to fandom. If they got right script pay and schedule work out for them I think they be back. Heck dt cast is more likely to be all hack. Vs mmpr cast. We might have to play mix team here. Like would it be Johnny or walter. Karen or someone standing in for trini. Pink probably more likely kat then Amy jo. We know Austin already been asked for something. So that leaves yost who I could see just agree to do voice work. And we already know jdf would return with ease.

Personally if we get full casts returns. I like the plot to be just the reds where captured and turned evil. Plot from sentai. And then rest of dt and mm team with dc 5 find the reds and free them. And then we do big fight reds fred. And megazord fight. End with celebrate. If most only want to do voice work. Then I would say reds captured in person with the others captured off screen. And when freeing rangers they be morphed already or faces hidden. And work like that. But I really hope we can get all the cast back.
