Cynthia Harrell used to run the Angel Grove Youth Center board. I'm not sure how long that has been around, but that also used the InsideTheWeb format up until it ended. Then it used either the vBulletin format or the EZBoard format.

Thanks, that really fills in a lot of gaps. I actually remember Angel Grove Youth Center. I just visited it a few times and never really hung around. Good to know Cynthia's board was Angel Grove Youth Center.
Its a shame way back is pretty bad with forum archives. All this is pretty much lost.
