While an evil Zordon does sound like an interesting story point, I just don't agree with it considering he's dead and he said as much before Andros killed him.

Tecnhically with Master Vile, we don't know what happened to him. We did see him at the Conference in "From Out of Nowhere" but that was the last time that we saw him so perhaps he decided to not take part in the plan.
