There can't be any ranking systems for PR. To be
honest, since they get stuff from the Sentai. All of the
ranking systems fall short because they don't follow the
show anyway. And to be honest shouldn't the Rangers be
equal anyway? They're a team, and the leader has
usually been Zordon (MMPR to ZEO) Dimetria
(Turbo) You could consider Andros the leader of PRiS, but I
consider it DECA and Alpha 6, which goes through Lost
Galaxy as well. Captain Mitchell. Other
then that, the Rangers should be equals.
