This is a tough poll, but I gotta go with my favorite series Kabuto and their zecters. (Change Beetle, Hyper Cast Off) A close second would be either 555 or Decade.
You should really check out the other series. 555 is great, Blade is amazing, Agito is a great detective show and Kabuto is IMO the best of them all. I watched the first five episodes of Hibiki and didn't like it at all. Not my type of show. Kuuga uses such old school CGI that for me it is hard for me to watch.
