1. In regards to Jason morphing to Red MMPR, there are numerous explanations but keep in mind the Coin was never destroyed it was just damaged only Rocky's Ninja Coin had been destroyed.
Someone could have went to Eltar and found the technology to repair it.
Someone could have found Ninjor again and had him either repair it or create a new Dino Coin.
Zordon's wave could have restored it.
The Sentinel Knight could have restored it.
Billy could have found a way to restore it while living on Aquitar.
Basically pick whichever reason you want to go through.
In the case of him morphing into the Gold Ranger he no longer had those powers he gave them back to Trey and they weren't suitable for a human body anyway.
2. Nothing was ever said that the Turbo powers were destroyed they were just temporarily lost because of Dark Specter's capture of Eltar and therefore the connection that the powers had to Eltar would have been turned off.
3. Leo just wanted to show off in front of the others I'm sure. Obviously the real reason is the behind-the-scenes reason is that they wanted to show all of the morphing sequences that they could which is why they had Leo demorph only to morph a few seconds later.
4. It's a magical universe so the space atmosphere is likely hospitable for human beings.
Rita and Zedd could breathe on another planet even after being purified.
Divatox could also breathe on another planet even after being purified
Silvy could breathe in space while riding on the Black Galaxy Glider with Carlos.
Mike could breathe out in space after being knocked out due to the explosion that happened as a result of the Defender Torozord's destruction.
