TV Shows on DVD has released the necessary info that has confirmed that Time Life's website is now accepting pre-orders.
You will get the full 338 episodes covering the first season throug and including Lost Galaxy, the last season that one could consider to be the Zordon-era.
It is also confirmed that they will include 2 DVDs which will have the bonus material on them. The bonus material itself was not stated however.

Factory will be selling individually and Time Life will take the separate disc cases and the action figure, and wrap them in bubble wrap and send them to you in a regular shipping carton.
