I don't know if there was a Kamen Rider Sting in Ventura during the year 1983, but there wasn't any Kamen Rider on the Earth that Chris was droped off. Chris and his advent beast was removed from the advent viod by a telepathic cry for help from the Starchild. Chris wasn't the only one who heard that cry for help thoughout hypertime. He was just the first to arrive.
