Who's your fave blue Ranger?

My rankings for the Blue rangers:

1. Billy : he's been there the longest with the best character development ever.

2. Lucas : Good in my book but the series isn't over yet

3. Kai: Basically the basis for the above average Blue Ranger

4. T.J.: Erm...

5. Chad: Well if he had a lot more character development he'd be above Kai.

6. Justin: Never.

I'm stuck between Billy,T.J, Kai and Lucas they were all good. Chad couldn't act and as for Rocky ...

I vote for T.J., although he got wrongly snubbed out of the Red Ranger position.

Lucas because it was funny when he stepped on crap! :)

The only poll justin should be in would be, Who made power ranger look just plain old stupid,he should be all five options.
