Kamen rider double the rainbow spectrum ooc
One ordinary day in the city of Futo detective hidari shotaro and partner Philip are investigating a new case for a mysterious client who who only goes by the name spectrum. After looking into the case and coming up with no leads. Shotaro goes back to talk to spectrum he sees the narumi detective agency rushing in he see the dopant attacking the place he transforms into double and fights the dopant he then calls upon the extreme memory to fight the dopant he and the dopant use their final attacks causing a strange explosion after the explosion all of the Gaia memories are gone including fang and extreme as well as the accel and skull memories and the dopant is gone after the event shotaro,Philip and ryu look for shroud butbfind she has also dissapered forcing the riders to forget their rider personas 20 years pass and shotaro and Philip have sepdrated themselves from each other Philip tells shotaro that they will always be partners as he tries discover the events of what happened terui is now chief of futo pd though mysteriously dopant memories began to reapper as well as shroud and with her she brings the double memories b ut now they the memories take one user the aurora dopant has also returned now evolved is raising an army of dopants to combat the neo museum aswell as the riders all the while spectrum watches from above as his little game is about to start

Name: Kio Masami Age: 23 appearance: A young man with long hair, ofen tied back, with a strand of white going over his left eye. he stands at 6ft 3in with a slim but muscular build. He normaly wears a jacket, black with a white tribal style raptor on the back, Blue jeans, and black boots. (picture coming soon) Memory: Fang Gadget: stag beatle (cell phone style) Vehicle: Fang Blazer (motorcycle.) Its a white motorcycle similar to the one shotaro used by white and with blades like double in fang form. Personality: Kio Loves to have fun and is often considered a goofball. He enjoys going around and just enjoying his day or getting others to enjoy their's, but that doesnt mean he doesn't know when to take things seriously, like in a fight. He often is seen at his faveorite ramen cart eating a bowl. Bio: One day he was off at a temple were the marker for his grandfather's grave stood. As he prayed he heard a rustleing sound fallowed by a mechanical roar. At first he was startled but then got up the nerve to check it out. Thats when he found Fang along with a driver. He picked both up and tried on the driver. Of course he was quickly set upon a dophant who was after fang. He was knocked against a pilar from the shrine and saw a strange woman, her face hidden (shroud). She told him that in order to survive he needed to use fang. Well in a quick move to preserv his own life, Kio used fang and transformed, quickly defeating to dophant. It wasnt too long after that he got his gadget and bike, deciding to use them to make other's happy, by defeating those that would make people sad. Gaia location: Blade gaia - a place with lots of bladed weaponry displayed from all countries and eras Gaia powere: Fang is practicaly alive so it can assit him like his gadget and come when called. Techniques and finishers: Taps the memorie's horn for each of his three moves while transformed. One tap - Arm fang two taps - sholder fang (a ranged weapon like a boomerang) three taps - Fang strider (memory break or final attack) |

Gaia Power: The Trigger memory strengthens Lost's hearing and sight, giving more range for shooting, and shortens his blind spot. well alright. lets start off with the new memory wich attatches to the driver in front of the fang memory.
Form name: Heaven Fang Memory name: Tengu - A bird like gaia memory wich flies about. It attatches itself on the driver. when attatched it looks like an open wing wich faces to Fang's left. appearance: http://www.kamenridercentral.com/pic...2&pictureid=63 Powers: Fang tengu has the ability to move at increased speeds, granted not as fast as accel's trial but still fast. Also when falling from high places, the tengu memory allows for a slower decent, almost as if the user was flying but not true flight. Although the levitation helps when dodging enimy attacks adding to the hight of the jump and the distance...even jumping backwards gives the appearance of floating Attacks: to utilize the user taps the tengu memory either one, two, or three times just like with the original times needed for attacks. one tap heaven katana - A golden katana appears to be used as a weapon. This has a memory break called Halo slash, again a single tap of tengu's wing. The user creates a ring and then slices diaganly through it. two taps Lightning fist - Moving at increadible speeds allows the user to utilize this memory break technique, the blades on one arm grow and start glowing, giving off golden bolts of electricity. upon hitting the target, a burst of energy shoots from the target in the direction the fist was going. three taps Tengu Rising - A kick technique. Jumping in the air, all the blades on the arms and legs glow and create larger energy forms of themselves, creating the ilusion that the blades had actualy extended. The user's arms are extended outwards as if he had wings. With both feet glowing, and facing the target (picture kiva emperor form wake-up fever) the rider hits the target. Afterwards there is an explosion and the rider stands there, hand on the ground and croutching. Memory vehicle: Stalios - A a gold and white mechanical horse (picture Wolzardo's horse). It has three modes. One is land wich moves like a normal horse. Second is water, basicaly the horse's legs fold under and the tail acts as a propellor. Final is sky were the hoovs are engulfed in gold flames allowing the horse to "run" in the air. All forms are fast, just like a normal motorcycle. Stalios can be summoned by the kabuto phone by dialing in its name and pressing call. |
