I'm hoping for an origin story at some point but it seems less likely as it goes on.

Yeah the origin stuff has become an afterthought by now. But some people still insist that we will get it. So we will see.

Don't you read the other forums, origins is confirmed! It'll be episodes 19 and 20, and 19 was shown at ComicCon.
