Sledge an odd fit?
 

It just seems a bit strange that our big bad is a bounty hunter that just wants the energems for more power. Usualy the evil Space Aliens on the show are rulers or intergalatic conquers. It just seems odd that Sledge is a bounty hunter and protrayed as the ultimate evil here.

I do find it kind of odd that they didn't make Sledge some sort of evil overlord or something. Being just a plain bounty hunter is more of a side villain type job..

yes it is odd but I think it's a refreshing change... typically we get villains that only want to destroy or conquer planets (with the exception of Mesogog who just simply wanted to turn the world back to the age of the dinosaur) but I think it's awesome that we don't have a villain that wants to rule over the world or even destroy it.

What's Sledge's end game? What does he plan on doing with the energems? These are question I would like to see answered.

Sledge wants to take over the universe. He may seem like just a bounty hunter. But he is very dangerous. And if he gets the energems he will be unstoppable. There is a reeason why Keeper has kept the energems away from him for so long.

I wish there was another main villain above Sledge. Than it would have made more sense. He does come off more like a general than a main villain.

I really like Sledge. He is so menacing and a big threat. But at the same time he can be fun
He isn't someone the Rangers want to mess with. I have no problem with him being a bounty hunter. That has nothing to do with how good a villain he is.

well it's always possible someone is above him we just haven't met him or her yet.

Look at Rita. We didn't know she had a Boss (Lord Zedd) until he appeared and we didn't know they also had Bosses in Dark Specter.

Thats very true. There is still so much that could change. Lets not judge Sledge yet. He is still pretty badd ass.
