Why didn't Gosei wake up after Zordon died? Since he was Zordon's protege.

I think it was pretty much a case of the Morphing Grid sending a signal to Gosei that he was needed since the Morphing Grid would've been able to know if there was a force that would've been able to take care of the current threat or not.

Scorpius only attacked Terra Venture and the Quasar Sabers found who they had belonged with so Gosei wasn't needed there.

Lightspeed Rescue was built to deal with the demons in case they had ever escapeed.
Time Force was created just to deal with their own criminals for the most part so once Ransik had escaped to 2001 it was pretty obvious that someone was going to go after him.

Wild Force was pretty much responsible for dealing with the Orgs.
Sensei and Lothor had their history so it was obvious they were going to have candidates to become Rangers in case it was needed.
Dino Thunder is one of the fishy ones since there were only 3 gems all of which were in Tommy's basement and the only reason they had bonded to Kira, Conner and Ethan is because of Randall giving all 3 of them detention.
S.P.D. was in the future and they were created to be police so of course they would've had Rangers in their organization.
Mystic Force already had transformed heroes during their previous war so the odds would've been great that someone would've had a plan with recruiting new Rangers in case the creatures from the Underworld had escaped.

Moltor and Flurious were not meant to escape their escaping was Andrew's own greedy mistake since he had unearthed the Corona Aurora yet the Morphing Grid likely knew the weakened Sentinel Knight was keeping an eye on that so didn't interfere.

Pai Zhuq obviously wasn't aware of RJ's secret Ranger powers that he was hiding but obviously it was something he knew would be needed at some point.

RPM was in an alternate dimension and regardless of that it likely knew that Dr. K would be building the Ranger powers.

It was already aware of Samurai since there were 18 different Red Samurai Rangers regardless of whether all of them were actually physical Rangers or not.

Thays good analysis Matt. There was no need for Gosei unless said groups lost control of the situation.

Who says Gosei didn't wake up to see that each situation was being handled? He had the Megaforce Morphers ready if need be.

I didn't like Gosei. Since he takes away from the narrative that Tommy is the new Zordon. Which is what was implied in FR and DT.

no he doesn't since Tommy is still the new Zordon and who says there can't be more than 1 new Zordons? No one but you.

It just makes things more confusing. Tommy should have been the mentor. I know that was probably impossible for them to pull off behind the scenes.

Gosei never said he was the new Zordon. Just that he was his protege. I always thought the whole Hexagon thing was far fetched.

I just don't like that part where the Rangers were supposed to have a civil war.

I would love it if they had a Civil War now. All the good Rangers from the first decade versuses all the dumb Rangers we get now.
