Hmm.....well if you don't wanna use "Let's Go On!" we'd need to think of something relating to racing or speed or something.

I wanted to have a "PR" approach to the morphing, not to copy sentai, the soul phone and shifter are still there but i prefer to do something original for the morphing

How about "Ignition!" (insert change soul into phone or shifter) "Rev Up!" I know it's not much, but it's all I could think of. I'll keep thinking though LOL.

Well, here's a couple of suggestions i have, let me know what do you think and if you have ideas and suggestions of your own:

-like i said before: i wanted to do something original for the morphing sequence, the soul phone and soul engine are still there, but i wanted to "rangerize" this version
-Since gold and silver are a team of their own, i was planning that at the beginning they follow their own path, meeting us later, that way they won't have to wait until they're given their engines (or they could already have them)
-The whole "meeting each other half way into battle and then given their powers" has been done to death, so i was planning that at the beginning they have their powers, the core 3 are a team and later 4 and 5 join, like go onger.

well, those are my ideas, let me know what do you think, and give me ideas of your own :)

So exactly what role does me and silver play? And is there a story on how we got our powers? Because I'm trying to somehow get the whole secret of my character's criminal past involved.

You could say that you and silver were selected by rogue engines, forming like a team of your own, the main story is that the main 5 engines are spotlighted first, then followed by the other engines

Well when Go-Onger began, Red, Blue, and Yellow already had their powers and then Green and Black were introduced and got their powers in the second episode. But we find out later in the series that Gold and Silver most likely had their powers before even Red, Blue, and Yellow did since they were trained by JumboWhale (the 9th engine).

Or gold and silver are part of a government task force with Engines that came before the core 5 to earth

That would be cool, something like how Crimsom and Navy from Ninja Storm were, Gold and Silver could have been taught by someone else who was captured/destroyed by the enemy. Then they go on a rescue/revenge mission for their mentor along with their engines.

And this is me going on AoBlue's morph idea but giving it a Saban Era twist. They just yell out "Rev Up!" or "Engine Soul, Ignition!" while inserting the Engine Soul into their morpher. Then this is were I take a little influence from the later morphs. The engine soul flies out of the screen on the phone/shifter and flies in back of the ranger, flying through them which starts the suit fomer around them. The soul then goes around toward the head and forms the helmet of the ranger. *strike a pose*

Game is up people:

Direction: Starts as a normal day, the whole team already knows each other and the core three has their powers, then the first threat will arrive later, being helped by 4 and 5 as allies and then their engines will appear to give them their powers. Gold and Silver already have their story directions

Locations:

-Last Chance Garage: Auto Shop and secret base of operation for the RPM rangers, owned by Adam, it is also the workplace of Rodrigo

-Speed Chamber: the underground base of operations, holds rooms, Zord garages and a war room, not to mention links to the Morphing Grid, and the Rebel Base in the Machine World

You should make it to the garage, hang out a bit before the attacks starts

To green and Black:

As you make your way to the garage, run into each other if you want, but then you will be in the middle of the initial strike, run into the rangers and from then you will receive further instructions

I haven't in the last few days, but I know she wouldn't abandon the RPG. So she most likely doesn't have internet back yet. If it comes down to it, I'm sure she'd understand if you had to re-cast her.

I wouldn't have any problems doing that, so if anyone can reach her and tell her i moved the story along with her character so she doesn't feel disrespected i would appreciate it, so i'll post later today

Also, FW you can start posting as the silver ranger as well, try to talk with Buttery89 so you can agree on a common storyline for the 2 of you, but don't leave Sam in the air either

a couple of pointers to remember:

1.- Core three (red, yellow and blue) already have their morphers and powers, tey haven't used them yet, they also work at the garage alongside Adam
2.- Green and Black Join them as allies first and then their respective engines will choose them to become rangers, joining them later in battle
3.- Gold and Silver have a side story, so they don't have to wait until later to play
4.- Since your Soul Phone carries your engine partner, you create your engine's personality and mannerism, i know you are a highly creative people and i know the end result will be great

New direction: As the attacks start all 5 will converge in the secret lair underground, the core 3 will morph and start the defense, and then later the other 2 engines will burst into scene

So Sam and Wayne will remain in the underground base until Cycle Shark and Auto Hound arrive at the scene of the fight or the base? Also, are those the engines actual names?

yeah, they will remain in the base until shark and hound blast on the radar, it will be clear as the game transpires.

The morphing call is the same as planned:

"Ignition!" (insert change soul into phone or shifter) "Rev Up!", (it's kinda like the SPD morphing sequence), as they put the morpher in front of them a highway blast from it, a (insert color) covers the ranger and starts sprinting fast, reaching a finish line the bubble burst revealing the ranger, and finally the helmet materializing with a rev, striking a pose after that
