the team would be recruited from "teenagers with attitude" from the same high school, so a Freshman is 14, a Senior is 18

Probably 16-17 as the norm, and don't worry about lack of experience, try you best and at the least wait for someone else to post to get a sort of "tutorial" to help guide you
