Bulk was a bully an a punk before he bacame a Ranger. He was allways geting in trouble an causeing figths.

One he was mistakely telaported to the comand center with 4 others. Alpha 5 mistakely telaported the wrong person to become the Black Ranger. Zordan is allowing Bulk to be the black ranger if he change his ways an stop being a bully. From that day foward Bulk change his life style an became a good person an the black ranger.
