Its been years since Lother was last seen in Blue Bay Harbor and Shane, Tori, Dustin, Hunter, Blake and Cam all went on with normal lifes and darkness was not seen for years then 10 years later a new evil merges the Evil Black Samurai Ranger and his forces will this dark force ever get defeated?. Cam must choose 2 team of rangers the wind & Thunder Rangers and choose a new Samurai Ranger what will come of this event?. when darkness grew stronger the 2 teams meets 2 new rangers that forms 3 teams Silver Thunder Ranger and Gold Samurai Ranger can they win againest evil and save this Black Samurai Ranger ever?. Later Desiree and her sister was going on a journey with the navy thunder ranger to find the one source that can help the rangers the power of Lightning now they maybe the the thunder rangers but the lightning zords was their newest gear of stradegy.
Meanwhile the black ranger was revealed and tought a lesson and remembers his past but when he remembers he gets his memory wiped and continues trying to destroy the rangers and continues trying to reveal his past again to figure out where he belongs. Then Carly was Challenged by black ranger to a battle who will win Carly or Black Ranger? Abigial was also dealing with the fact that Tommy's favorite daughter could be Desi and she was actually jealous of her own sister what will come of this event?. Kingno a dark and powerful enemy tries to take over the thrown and black ranger challenges Kingno to a fight as well who will win leadership and who will be destoryed? then on the final battle black ranger must learn a valuble lession but what will it be and who will win the final battle him or the Power Rangers to find out too in to Power Rangers Ninja Storm: Rise Of The Dark Samurai.
