It’s the year 2078. Our technology hasn’t changed, education is the same, and the laws are the same. Although there is one thing that has changed. Science. Thirty years ago three scientists took fifteen volunteers to conduct experiments. After watching the results, nothing major happened and they let the people go back and live their regular lives, years passed and no sooner did the scientists discover that their ‘test’ did have an effect. The injection they put into the people were to see if they could improve the 5 senses. Though they created something else. They called it the X virus. The fifteen humans spread it through their children and those they interacted with, creating strange side effects. Strange and yet unique abilities.

Since the X virus spread, it affected 1,000’s of people. The scientists were sent to jail and the infected were hunted by those who didn’t want them around. Although the government tried to control the outrage, they could only do so much. These ‘infected’ people went into hiding and had hide their true selves to be safe. Since then one infected human named James Charles, took in what money he could, got the government’s permission, and created a school academy for the infected. Where they could show their ‘powers’ and live a regular life with people just like them. Although, there are still people hunting the infected in hopes of getting back to ‘normal’ realities.

Since then James Charles created a secret team of his best students to help fight off their enemies and keep the school safe, how long will this battle rage?

The Begginning Part 1:


Okay everyone! Welcome to UIA, you all have been here at the school for two weeks now and its up to you wether or not you are friends with each other. Though in your posts I would like you all notice that all nine of you are in the same classes together and you find that strange. You only have three classes a day and friday-sundays are your weekends so you are free to do as you wish those days. (If you have any questions about the school ask away! :D) In your posts it will be a wednesday and you just finished your classes. Feel free to roam around and do as you wish. Once eveyone posts, I will give out the next step to your future!

Danny Lim

Danny was now finished with his final class for the day. Thank god. He was only halfway through the week and already he was wishing the week would end. His last class was a complete bore, he doesn't even know why he needs it. What was strange was that he seemed to noticed some familiar faces. Not familiar as in he's seen them from somewhere else, but familiar as in he's seen their faces frequently. If that wasn't strange enough, those faces he's seen often were the same faces he had seen in all his other classes. It was quite rare to find someone who shared an exactly similar class schedule as another person, but nine people sharing a similar schedule? That never happens.

Danny decided to spend his day outside of the academy. He's been cooped up in the residence inside the academy for so long, he felt he was losing touch with his car and bike. He went to the parking lot where he had parked his two vehicles, which wasn't much of a far walk. He felt like going with the bike for today, so he had his key out ready to start the bike. When he approached his bike, he found something on the seat; a slip of paper with a symbol on it. A symbol that resembled DNA and technology.

"Great." Danny muttered. He knew what this meant. He took the slip of paper and crumpled it up before putting it into his pocket.

Instead of going out like he originally planned, he ended up going to the cafeteria in the academy. Arriving at the cafeteria after a few minutes, he looked around the place. He finally spotted it, someone sitting alone at one of the tables. He sat down at a chair across from this person.

"What does my godfather want with me now?" Danny asked the man.

"I'm sorry for getting in the way of your personal life Danny." The man said, "But Victor was hoping you can help us with something again." He handed Danny an unsealed envelope, sliding it across the table.

Danny took the envelope and opened it.

Danny,

I know I promised that I would try to avoid using you frequently for our cause, but I'm afraid the situation calls for it.

We recently discovered that some of our own kind have turned on us and plan on helping the Hunters locate us in exchange for protection. We've already eliminated a majority of the traitors, but there are still some that are out there.

This envelope contains a list of names and photos of those that are still alive and where they are located.

I'm not asking you to go out and hunt them down, but keep an eye out. If you come across any of them, I'll need you to deal with it.

If we can get rid of these traitors, then we can all feel safer, including your mother.

Victor Park

Danny looked through the photos. There were only three, but even though it was only three, it was still work.

"Don't forget, you're not obligated to do this." The man said. "Just be sure to watch yourself. They might be tracking you in the shadows."

"He always says I'm not obligated." Danny said. "I think I know how this works." He looked through the photos again, memorizing the name. Like any other messages he got from his godfather, he needed to memorize the contents and then destroy everything to avoid leaving evidence. "I'll keep an eye out for them." When he looked back at the messenger, he was gone. He then scoffed briefly. "Teleporters, why wasn't I one?"

Jackson Pierce

Jackson’s final class came to a close. The lecture was over, and he was free. Jackson walked straight out of class when a weird thought crept in his mind.

“Funny, those are the same 8 people in my other classes,” he thought to himself. He started to count the faces in his head. “That guy with the eye patch, the same four girls…..yep, all are in my other classes.” He wasn’t sure if this was important or not. He chose not to worry about it.

Jackson walked down a hallway he thought led to the pool outside. He still was in awe of this place; it was so different from the life he had lived for so long. For two years he lived like a street rat, constantly ducking police and running from the world that feared and despised him. Now he was a student in a place that accepted……people like him. He was sure that there was some reason he was meant to be here, he just had to figure out what.

“Until then I got to get used to having a normal life,” he thought aloud. He had reached the deck area where the pool was and noticed no one was around. Once again taken aback by the beauty of this place he let out a huge sigh.

“It’s actually kind of peaceful out here,” he thought.

He put his shades on and laid down on one of the lawn chairs and he kicked back. “Nothing like a little R and R on such a beautiful day,” he said aloud.

Cody Washington


Brrrrrrring.

The bell rang to signal the final class was over. Cody slowly got up out of his seat and stretched. Taking that time to strecth he noticed something weird. He noticed nine students in his class, and remembered that they were in all of his other classes.

"That's strange. I wonder if this school put us in classes based on certain abilities or something like that. Maybe that's why their in all of my classes." Cody thought.

He began to walk out of class, "I don't need these classes anyway. Not like they can teach me anything different. I'm the best individual in this school, maybe I should even be teaching these classes." Cody thought to himself. Every since Cody had acquired his powers he had become quite smug and cocky, believing that he could just about anything.

Cody walked outside and looked around. He noticed the pool, and thought he should go and relax, but he didn't feel like being in a relaxed state. So he decided to train. Part of Cody's abilities was enhanced martial arts, which meant that he could mimick any style of martial arts and he could mimick it well. Whenever he mimicked a certain style of martial arts it was always at the highest level. So Cody walked to the front lawn of the school to train. He started with switching styles in mid fight, so he went from kung fu to, nin-jitsu, to tae kwon do, to capoita.

Sierra Jenkins


Sierra begins heading back to her room to put her stuff away after a long day of classes. She begins thinking that she had seen those nine people in her classes it was a bit odd for a school as big as this to only have nine students. She reaches her room and puts away her bag and she grabs a couple of books and her journal. She heads outside by the pool area and sits down in the grass leaning against a tree and starts writing in her journal about the day's events and what has happened since she day she had arrived at the academy.

Joeseph Mccullen

Joeseph was leaving the room, wondering if he could find a way to get one of the girls to go out with him. Joepsh headed back to his room, and began thinking about the others. He decided to make conversation with Jackson, and went looking for him. Joeseph found Jackson outside sitting in a lawn chair and decided to talk to one of his classmates. "Yo Jackson! What's up?" Joeseph said while he sat down in another chair.

Jackson Pierce

Jackson has dazed off on the Lawn chair, he could have sworn that one of the girls from his class had came outside, and was sitting under a tree not too far from him, but his mind drifted away. Not six weeks ago he was struggling to find his next meal, now he was lazing about on a luxurious estate with people who accepted him as normal. Even though he was anything but.

Just then a familiar voice called to him, "Yo Jackson! What's up?" as another one of Jackson's classmates sat down in a lawn chair next to his. It was Joseph McCullen, a friend of his. Jackson was usually very uneasy to trust anyone, but Joseph and he had become fast friends ever since Jackson had arrived at the academy.

"Hey Joe, just relaxing, and taking it easy, What are you up to?" Jackson answered back.

Shyloh Wallace

Shyloh had been beside herself for the last couple of weeks, just to be outside her home was marvelous. She thought she may be scared and not fit in well but no she went into the world with arms wide open and like a sponge absorbed everything she could. She had moved from classes to classes learning everything she could about her powers, the powers of others and the world. Though there were things she couldnt quite grasp mainly people, she knew first hand that they were decpetive but everything they did was for a reason, take Cody for a reason he was arrogant, cocky and thought he was gods gift to the world but deep down Shyloh was pretty sure he was just afraid. She had enough classes with the guy to observe him by now, come to think of it she had enough classes with a few of the same students and she couldnt help but wonder why, its not as though they had the same type of powers or had powers that complimented each other which brought Shyloh once again to deception and deception alway has a way of unvealing itself.

Shyloh shurgged it off not wanting to appear paranoid or anything and went back up to her room, she put on a black and red bikini and decided to head back down to the pool and catch some rays. While leaving her room she caught a glimpse of herself in the mirror and decided to let her hair match what she was wearing and slowlying her long black hair began to grow streaks of red through it. With a satisfied Shyloh left the room and headed toward the pool.

Joeseph McCullen


"Not much," Joseph said, "Just being open for the ladies, you know?" Joeseph was not afraid to admit that he was desperate for a girlfriend. He was also very friendly, but could not understand why girls never actually came up to him to talk. Jackson was a guy that Joeseph had grown attatched to as a friend during the past 2 weeks. Joseph felt that he could actually get some advice, but wondered when the right time to ask for help was. "Jackson, I wanted to ask you something. What do you think about the girls here?"

Danny Lim

Danny left the cafeteria, seeing he had no more reason to be there. He wasn't hungry either, so he didn't stay for the meal. Danny took the photos from the envelope and slipped them into his wallet. He held the envelope and letter in his hands, he had to get rid of the evidence and simply throwing them out would do no good. He let his hands generate a small stream of electricity, not enough to catch the attention of teachers, but enough to get the job done. He let the electricity burn away at the paper, destroying it until there was nothing left of it.

Danny found himself walking through the pool of the academy. The pool was usually empty, but at the point where all classes were done, people would begin to show up at the pool little by little. By the time he was there, there were quite a few people. He recognized three of them as classmates from.....well, all his classes. There were some girls swimming at the pool, some boys with them, and some lying under the sun.

"Hey, Danny!"

"Hmm?" Danny looked over to his left and saw a group of five girls running towards him. They were in their swimsuits, so they were at the pool for some time. He recognized the girl that was leading the other four, she lived the dorm across from his. She was a friendly girl and a good quiet neighbor. "Hey Kat, what's up?"

"This is the guy who can do the cool trick." Kat said to the girls. "Danny, show the what you showed me."

"You mean the color trick?" Danny asked. "Sure." Danny brought his hands close together, making it look as if he was holding a ball with both hands. "Alright ladies, pick a color."

"Green." one of them called out.

"Ok." Concentrating, Danny focused his energy to create the small arcs of lightning. From his fingertips, crackling of green lightning traveled across the gap between the hands. "Ok, pick another color."

"Make it red."

Smiling, Danny focused once more. The lightning then changed from green to a bright tint of red. "Anything else?"

"How about black?"

"Black? That's a new one." Danny seemed a little concerned, but it was worth a shot. He focused his energy into his hands, getting it to change into the right color. "And......boom!" The lightning flashed into a dark tint. The color was an incredible dark purple that it practically seemed black. "Impressed?"

"Oh my god, that's so cool." The girls giggled. "Hey, we're gonna get some smoothies at the snack bar, wanna join?"

"Well, don't mind if I do." Danny smiled. He shook his hands, removing the electricity. He followed the five girls to the snack bar, which was at the other side of the pool.

"Not much," Joseph said, "Just being open for the ladies, you know?" Jackson smiled at the comment. But he also noticed that it looked like Joe had something on his mind.

"Jackson, I wanted to ask you something. What do you think about the girls here?" Jackson paused for a moment before answering. He thought to himself, "Come to think of it their are a lot of attractive girls here," his thoughts lingered. He pictured each of the girls in most of his classes in his mind.

He then spoke up, but only loud enough for Joe to hear him, "Well Joeseph, some of the girls we have classes with are cute, and I think that one in particular is absolutely gorgeous but...." Jackson stopped mid-sentence, he had said a little too much.

"Point is, there are a lot of nice looking girls here, I guess I just haven't spoke much to any of them," Jackson didn't like admiting that he had trust issues either.

"What do you think about the girls here bro?" Jackson said hoping to change the subject. One to avoid his trust issues, and two to avoid his little slip up a second ago.

Lauren Castle:

Lauren walked to her room quietly as all the other kids messed around and were happy that classes were over for the day. As she walked into her room she locked the door behind her and she put her school things away. One thing that she noticed was that recently she was starting to become a neat freak.

She walked over to her closet and put on some white sweat pants and blue tank. She then walked over and collapsed on her bed, she didnt like being here at this school, but she did it for her family and her own protection. She rolled over on her back and stared at the ceiling. Lauren then started to think about her classes. On the first day here she had noticed all her classes were with the same group which she found rather odd and she still couldnt figure out the point to that.

She got up and walked over to her window and looked down at the view of the pool. Quite a few people were out there today and once again she was feeling left out. It made her sad but she was used to that feeling. Her stomach them growled. She giggled and then left her room to go and get something from the the cafeteria.



Amanda Ree:

Of all people she had to stay behind in class and serve time. She had falled asleep and her teacher made her stay behind and do some extra work. She doodled with her pencil pretending to be doing something. Professor Clipse looked up from some work he was grading and looked at his watch. "Okay Amanda, you are free to go." Amanda gave a sigh of releif and grabbed her black shoulder back and left the room. She went straight to the cafeteria because she hadnt eaten anything all day.

As she got herself some soup, she pulled out one of her favorite books "Dracula," she started to read. She heard some noise coming from the pool and she looked over and saw one of the familiar faces from class. He was doing some trick with his hands and the little group of girls were falling head over heels. She smirked. "Man this school is no different from the rest," she said to herself quietly. She looked back at the pool and the little group had gone but she saw a few others out there from her classes hanging out. She couldnt understand how any of them could have bonded that quickly here, she hadnt yet.

Joeseph McCullen

"I guess they're pretty. I have to confess, I like Lauren Castle. She's very sweet and...." Joeseph looked at his watch. "Woops. It's lunchtime. I'd better go. Maybe if I'm lucky I can find Lauren. I'll see you around dude."

Joeseph left to go the cafeteria. After he got his food he saw Lauren eating. Joseph began to feel shy, but slowly gained confidence. "Hey Lauren. I don't know if you remember me, but I'm Joeseph. You look kind of lonely. Would you like me to join you?"

Kirby Lee

Kirby yawned as he exited his last class of the day. He was also glad that he had managed to avoid getting caught sleeping in class. As he headed to the cafeteria he mused about the girl who did get caught.

"Heh, what an ameteur, but then again I only hace one eye that needs hiding." He said to himself.

Opening a small portal to his room, he dropped his school stuff in and grabbed his laptop case. Kirby then proceeded to enter the cafeteria and got himself a bacon cheeseburger with extra onions. He then sat down, started up his laptop and began surfing the net while eating a tasty burger.

Shyloh Wallace

After grabing her guita Shyloh walked down to the pool area and sat on a deck chair that wasn't just a little off from the main pool area. Shyloh sat her guitar on her knee and strummed it a few times, she had always loved music as it was one of the few things she had always been allowed to do. Shyloh strummed another couple of notes and noticed out of the corner of her eye someone making coloured lightening impressing some of the girls at the school. More notes strummed, Shyloh's Mother had sung in local opera's and while Shyloh herself didnt exactly love opera she loved the style the singers used, it insipred her to sing from an early age much to her Fathers dissapointment. Shyloh had figured that she was beginning to remind him too much of her Mother and he couldn't quite cope with the singing as that brought in the most memories so she stopped singing for awhile particularly while he was around. Shyloh strummed some more notes and begun singing quitely to herself,

"Always tell me....what I'm allowed..... to say"

Shyloh started out slowly. breaking down the words and not really singing in tune, it was the first time she had ever sung anything she had written outside of her home....or for anyone at all to her,

"And should think....and should feel

It's true you weren't the only one
I gave permission to tell me how to run my life
But now that's over, I have grown
I want to make decisions on my own"

By now Shyloh had gotten into it and was singing and playing the guitar like a busker would on a boardwalk not for want of money but for the love of music and for the first time in a long while Shyloh felt free, she felt like she was finally in the world.

"For so long I lay down and looked away
I used any reason or excuse to disengage

My time was spent under a spell
I tried sleeping right through my hell

I realized my life's at stake"

Cody Washington

Cody had just finished working on his martial arts techiniques. It must've been a while because he was wiped out. He always lost himself when he was training, sometimes he just forgot about the the world, just forgot that it ever existed. Cody walked over to the pool, and saw guy who was in all of Cody's classes. The guy was also sitting next to someone who was in all of Cody's classes. The first guy whos name was Jackson got up and preceeded to walk away. Cody then sat in his seat next to the other guy, who's name was Jackson, he thought.

"How ya doing Jackson, right?"

Jackson Pierce

"I guess they're pretty. I have to confess, I like Lauren Castle. She's very sweet and...." Joseph looked at his watch. "Woops. It's lunchtime. I'd better go. Maybe if I'm lucky I can find Lauren. I'll see you around dude."

"Man on a mission," Jackson thought to himself. No sooner had Joseph walked away, when one of the girls in Jackson's class started playing her guitar by the pool. She was good, and even better because she could sing. Jackson was bobbing his head listening when another of his acquaintances from class came right up and sat down beside him.

"How ya doing Jackson, right?" the guy said, his name escaped Jackson at first, but then it hit him.

"Yeah that's me, el hothead extraordinaire," Jackson said snapping his fingers, in doing so his thumb lit just like a match. He then proceeded to blow his thumb out like a candle. Then reached out his hand to the other guy, "And you are Cody right?"

Cody Washington

"Yeah that's me, el hothead extraordinaire," Jackson said snapping his fingers, in doing so his thumb lit just like a match.


"And you are Cody right?"

Cody had to admit, he sort of liked this guy. He had a nice cockiness to him, sort of like Cody. He had a great spirit, and he was fun loving.

"Yea I'm Cody. Nice to meet you." He said shaking Jackson's extended hand. "So how are things going?"

Lauren Castle/Amanda Ree:

She got herself some soup and a glass of water and took a seat nearby a girl who she thought was named Amanda. As Lauren tasted her soup, it was too hot. She placed her index finger in the soup then and used her ability to cool it down. She smiled at herself. "Perfect," she said. As she continued to eat she heard a voice from above her. She looked up and saw a guy from her classes standing there. "Hey Lauren. I don't know if you remember me, but I'm Joeseph. You look kind of lonely. Would you like me to join you?" She didnt know what to say, she didnt really know the guy but at the same she would have better luck with making friends with him then the way she was doing it.

"Yea sure. Im just having a little something to eat. How about you?" she asked him.

Amanda sat by and watched someone sit close to her with the Lauren girl. She had a very strong feeling that this guy was totally into her.

Jackson Pierce

"Yea I'm Cody. Nice to meet you." He said shaking Jackson's extended hand. "So how are things going?"

"Not bad just enjoying the evening off after class," Jackson replied. He hadn't felt like he belonged anywhere for a long time, but it was cool that he was starting to get along with everyone. Then his conversation with Joe hit him, Cody is in all of Jackson's classes too.

"Speaking of which, do you find it odd that the same nine of us have the same classes? I mean, its got to be more than just a coincidence don't you think?" Jackson paused for Cody's answer.

Joeseph McCullen

"Ah, nuthin much. Just trying to make friends here you know?" Joeseph suddenly couldn't help but look into Lauren's eyes. The color amazed him. "So, do you like it here?" Joeseph asked, suddenly having more feelings for Lauren than he expected.

Lauren Castle:

She looked up as Joe started to talk to her. He then asked how she liked it here so far. "It's alright I suppose, I just really miss my family," she said to him. She really her missed her brother a lot too. He was her best friend though they hadnt spoken much in the past year when she uncovered her abilities. He was jealous and he felt like he didnt know her. It broke her heart but she knew she would have to treat him like nothing ever happened, and then maybe would come around.

Joeseph McCullen

"Are you okay?" Joeseph asked. "You look a little upset." Joeseph was beginning to worry about Lauren. She never talked to anyone in her classes, and Joeseph couldn't help but notice that in her eyes, she looked a little down.

Danny Lim

While Danny enjoyed his time in the company of his residence neighbor and her friends, he noticed that all eight of his other classmates were gathering at the cafeteria. "Huh." He then recognized one of them, one that he remembered he had something to give to. "Sorry ladies, but I gotta head out. I'll see you around." Danny walked off, leaving his half empty slushie behind. He went into the cafeteria through the large opening from the pool. He walked by Joeseph and Lauren, seeing that they were in their own conversation. He approached Amanda, standing behind the chair that was next to her. "Hey Amanda." Danny took out a few sheets of paper from his bag and waved it in front of him. "Do you still need these notes for science class?" Danny had been putting this off for a while, not because he intentionally tried to prevent Amanda from having his notes, but because the things going on with his godfather and their assassin-like rebellion.

Cody Washington

After Cody's questioned was answered Jackson hit him with a question, that he had just been thinking about himself. Jackson asked if Cody thought it was weird that alot of them were in the same classes and if he thought it was such a coincidence.

"I was actually thinking about that myself. I think that it obviously has something to do with our powers. Maybe we all have similar powers, or maybe just maybe it might be a coincidence."

Cody had just thought about what he said "obviously" He wondered if that was as bad as it sounded. He wondered if he had come off as a cocky jerk, which he had become accustomed to doing lately. Maybe it was some built up angst, or anxiety.

"What about you do you think it was just a coincidence?"

Amanda/Luaren:

Lauren was lost in thought when she suddenly remembered that Joeseph was there. "Are you okay?" Joeseph asked. "You look a little upset." She then perked herself up. "Oh yes I am fine, I apologize." She picked up her trasha and got up to throw it away in the trash bin. As she returned back to her seat, she turned to him and asked, "How do you like it here? It seems like you're enjoying it." She quickly glanced around noticed many of the other students were coming in for dinner.

Amanda looked up from her book and saw a young asian man standing there, she recalled his name to be.... dallin? Danny! That was it. "Hey Amanda." She realized that she must have missed out on a lot in class while she was sleeping. She placed her book down and nodded. "Um yea sure that would be great thank you."

After explaining that Cody didn't think it was a coincidence at all, and that he thought it had something to do with their powers, Jackson thought for a moment.

"What about you, do you think it was just a coincidence?" Cody asked.

"I doubt it," Jackson thought for a moment before elaborating. "Maybe your right about it having to do with our powers, but to what purpose? What makes us more special than the other students here?" Jackson said.

He wasn't sure if he was really asking Cody those questions or just thinking out loud.

"You kidding me? I love it here! I just find it unusual that the same 9 people are in the same 3 classes." Joeseph said. Joeseph did find the same 9 people being in the same 3 classes was a little wierd, but he thought it best not to worry. In fact, he seemed a little excited, but he didn't know why. One thing he knew for sure was that Lauren looked very beautiful. "Um, Lauren, there's something I wanted to tell you......um....." At first Joeseph couldn't get the words to come out of his mouth, until suddenly, "you look very pretty today." That was it. Joeseph nodded and made a timid smile, hoping he had not made the wrong move.

Sierra Jenkins


Sierra started getting up from the out from under the tree heading into the cafeteria where everyone else. She sticks her books under her arm and goes and orders herself a sandwich and some potato chips and goes to sit down at a table all by herself and begins propping up her book and begins to read while munching on her sandwich still feeling like she was the outcast of the group as she wasnt used to social situations like this as through her childhood the only friends she had were the characters in her books.

Cody Washington

"I wouldn't exactly say we're better than any one else or more special. Maybe we all just have more in common. I mean I wouldn't exactly know what to call, but there's some reason why we're all in the same classes. I wonder if that's the case for any one else here?" Cody said wonderingly, all the while stroking his chin.

Jackson Pierce

All the while Jackson and Cody had been talking, it suddenly occurred to Jackson that they were the only ones around. Jackson suddenly wondered where every one was. After thinking about what Cody and he were talking about a moment ago, Jackson thought maybe of joining their fellow "unique individuals".

"Well Cody, I don't know if there is a reason we all have the same classes or not, but why don't we go find out where everyone is, and ask them, I think most of them ending up in the cafeteria," Jackson said leaning back towards the school.

"Besides, I'm hungry, what say you?" Jackson asked.

Shyloh Wallace

After finishing playing the guitar Shyloh went to the cafeteria wearing her towel and bikini still as she didnt want to have to go back and get changed again. Shyloh walked into the cafeteria and looked around, there were all the exact same faces again, it amazed her how all these people that hadn't had anything to do with each other really all beginning to interact with each other. It made sense in a way they were all in the same classes so it made sense that they should atleast get along. Shyloh took a seat close to some of the people from the classes and began to ease drop on their conversation.

Cody heard his stomach growl, he laughed. "Sure let's get some food I was beginning to get hungry anyway." He thought about it for a minute, "Starving is more I like it." He laughed a bit harder.

She looked after listening to him mention how much he liked here. "Im glad you like it." He then went on to tell her something he seemed very nervous to day. "Thank you," she said blushing a little. She didnt reallize her sweats and tank made her look good, but she took the compliment. She looked around as they continued to talk and some of the other kids in her classes started to come in and eat and they were all sitting rather closley. Maybe it was time they got to know each other. After all they were stuck togther for the next year. "So do you know anyone else in our classes?" she asked.

Amanda looked up at him and he suggested they sit together. It was random but she nodded yes. "Yea I suppose you can, I was just reading. Not really minding them. They dont seem to bad." He voice was at a normal level, the table was pretty big so Lauren and Joe wouldnt have heard her. She placed the notes down beside her book and looked over at him. "Is there something you want?" she asked him flatly. "Hardly anyone talks to the goth chick unless there is something that that person wants. Please dont take this as being rude, I just want to get to the point."

Jackson Pierce:

Jackson laughed with Cody, and they made their way to the cafeteria. It seemed as though everyone in their classes were there. "Well, coincidence or not at least they all seemed to get along," Jackson thought to himself.

Grabbing some food and a bottle of water Jackson looked for someplace for him and Cody to sit. There seemed to be an open place by the girl who always seemed to be reading, Sierra, and one spot near the girl who had been playing guitar by the pool, Shyloh.

He decided to go sit by Sierra. He had seen her outside near the pool, and didn't get a chance to speak with her. Hoping Cody would follow, Jackson came up to Sierra and cleared his throat, just to get her attention.

"This seat taken?" he asked smiling at her. He wondered if she preferred to be alone or if she was just shy.

Joeseph was relieved that Lauren accepted his compliment. "Well, I became friends with Jackson when I came here. He's pretty cool." Joeseph took a bite from his cheeseburger, and sipped some of his Dr. Pepper. "So, what do you do for fun?" Joeseph asked.

Sierra had just finished her sandwhich when she heard "This seat taken?" and she looks around for a moment wondering who he was talking to and then she finally realizes it was her "Sure... You can sit here if you like" She gives him a friendly smile trying to to put on a brave face as she had butterflies in her stomach. She starts moving her books closing them quickly and begins putting them away with all of her other books as it was full they didnt call her bookworm for nothing.

Cody followed Jackson through the cafeteria. When Jackson sat down next to a girl named Sierra, Cody promtly follwed suit, not knowing, and not really caring all that much if Sierra had invited him to sit along with her as well. "What a great way to make friends just sit down when you're not invited to," he though to himself.

"Sure... You can sit here if you like" She said with a smile. He noticed her putting a decent number of books away. Sierra had a reputation as a "book worm". Jackson preferred to call it intellectual. Even so, she looked a little tense....

Even more so when Cody came and sat by Jackson. Cody had a smirk on his face as he sat down. "If only I knew what he was thinking," Jackson thought to himself.

Hoping to avoid an awkward moment Jackson followed up. "I'm Jackson by the way, we have had the same classes for two weeks now, but I don't think we have ever talked really." Jackson smiled as he introduced himself.

She smiled and pulled out a notebook to see if there was any homework she was supposed to do. None. She was happy to hear that, she was actually enjoying her conversationa bit here. She never really spoke with people, but when she was with this guy here, it felt natural.


Danny Lim

She looked at him and blinked. Well that wasnt normal for her. She placed the bookmark in her "Dracula" and turned to him. "Well I can fly. It's a pretty decent ability, though I will admit I have only known about it for about a year now." She remembered when she discovered. She was so upset after Alex had left that she noticed her feet werent on the floor anymore. She then landed back down before she could do anything else. Since then she continued to practice and each time she would get higher and higher.

Joeseph raised his eyebrows. "A freezer eh? That's an impressive ability." Joeseph looked at Lauren's eyes again. "You know, everyone is coming into the cafeteria at the same as us. I wonder why?"

That evening, Joeseph layed wide awake in his bed, thinking about Lauren. "I can;t wait to talk to her again. I hope this becomes an everyday thing." Joeseph then fell asleep.
