Welcome to your interview Factor White, thank you for your time. This interview will consist of 25 questions.

It can be completed quite quickly, but at the same time there are a few situations that may cause delay in completion. These situations include school, work, family events, emergencies, computer problems, etc. If one occurs just let me know through this thread or via Private Message, and we can continue this interview on a later date. I will let you know if anything in my life comes up as well.

Your username; can you tell everyone the origin of your name? How you came up with it? Does it have a meaning to fan fic, or character you made up, or someone in Power Rangers?

Well Factor White or White X-Factor Ranger was a character in a fanfic of mine which I never completed. The reason I chose this name was that I had this character in mind and well I was wearing a white shirt at the time og joining :p
It became my identity here so I sticked to this username and never changed it.

Name your top 5 favorite seasons of Power Rangers. Why are they your favorites? Did you like the villain's for these seasons? Is there anything you might slightly change about it?

My Top 5 Fav Seasons are:

RPM:

The best thing about this season is that its pretty much different from all the previous PR season(both Saban and Disney ones). The cast, storyline and everything is awesome. I admit the way Gem and Gemma speak is kinda annoying but they're cool. Ziggy us soooooo darn funny, and like the plot with him and Dr.K. Dr.K is so far my most fav mentor, and an aweosme character. Scott, is one of the greatest red rangers and leader and is my fav Red Ranger ever. Flynn is awesome, although the scottish accent is sometimes difficult to understand but its cool. I like Dillon's background, and how he has th venjix hardware inside him. Summer and Tenaya are HOT!! :p I wouldn't want to change anything about the season except that I would want the villians (other than Tenaya and Venjix) to be not so stupid. So far, the best PR season IMO.

Time Force:

TF rocks! It's one the first season that I watched completely, I didn't miss even a single ep(maybe I did one or two). The cast and story was awesome. All the rangers were cool, the battlizer was epic, and eric was great as the Quantum Ranger. The zords weren't that good(except for Q-Rex). Ransik was also a cool villian. I wouldn't want to change anything but I would've like more time travels.

Ninja Storm:

NINJAS!!! Ninjas have always fascinated me, I've always loved them. Ninjas have been my fav since I was a child. And NS was just the kind of season I would love to watch. Well I prefer seasons with young teens as ranger, the sport aspect was cool, the characters, I loved every epidsode and I really liked the villians, Lothor was cool and funny. And the plot with Lothor being Sensei's twin brother was awesome. NS suits are so far my most fav PR suits. Shane's battlizer was awesome.

Dino Thunder:

This is one of the most special seasons for me cause it featured the return of my all time fav ranger, Tommy. As you know Im a Tommy maniac :p The story was awesome, the character were cool and as I said earlier I like teens as rangers. It had Kira my all time fav female ranger, oh man I had a huge crush on her. Conner is one of my most fav red rangers and arguably the most handsome red ranger. Ethan was cool too. The villians were ok. The only thing I would want to change about this season is Tommy's ranger color, I'd have loved to see him as the White ranger and Trent as the Black ranger. Cause white suits him more than Black IMO.

S.P.D:

It's story made it such an awesome season. Though other aspects like cast, suits, morph sequence, weapons, zords and stuff were also pretty cool. Story was the best aspect of SPD. I like how aliens and humans live together on earth. And a robin-hoddish so-called criminal becomes the leader of the team. My most fav character would be Sky, I like Sky's personality, he's one of my all time fav Blue rangers. At first I wanted him to be Red, but then I realized he Blue was his color and he woulnd't have looked as cool as he looked in Blue. Grumm was a good villian. There isn't anything I'd like to change about the season.

It was a long but good answer. I agree with almost everything you wrote about these seasons. :D ...but I don't like Gem and Gemma at all lol.


A great evil is loose. It's your job to construct a ranger team. Out of all the rangers available from all the different Power Ranger/Sentai seasons, which ones would you want on the team? These can be from each season and you can have whoever you like, so Five Rangers one Sixth ranger Or SPD style and have 8.
In addition, why you would chose them as well, what makes them good enough?

I'd go with 6 Rangers.

Tommy/MMPR White(Leader): The greates ranger ever, a legend ranger and a great fighter but..........they're not the reasons I chose him :p the reason I chose him is cause he's my all time fav :D

Scott/RPM Red(2nd in Command): Well he's my most fav Red Ranger, he'd a cool 2nd in command. He's a good fighter as well..

Flynn/RPM Blue: Well it'd be aweosme to have Flynn on the team, he's an aweosme ranger and funny and.......... has a cool accent :D

Ziggy/RPM Green: How can my team be complete without Ziggy and his jokes. A team always needs a funny character and ziggy is the perfect green ranger I'd like to have in my team.

Kira/Yellow Dino Ranger: Well she's my fav female ranger, and she's sooo hot, so how can I not have her in my time. There's always a place for Kira in my team and my heart lol

Tori/Blue Ninja Ranger: Well I've already had a Blue ranger but Tori's a female ranger so it's ok. Tori is one of my fav female ranger so that explains why I chose her, my reasons are simple you know :p

Dillon/RPM Black: A team always needs a loner badass kinda guy, I really like Dillon, and besides having a ranger with enhanced strength would be to my advacntage lol

Thus far which Power Ranger/Super Sentai team up has been your favorite? Why is it your favorite? What has made it your favorite? Was there anything that the team up was lacking? Explain.

Well I'd say Once A Ranger, even though OO is not one of my favs, the ep was awesome. The best thing about the ep was the return of some of the past ranger. And they're all my favs, especially Kira, Tori and Xander. Thrax as a villian was also cool, the story was also really nice. So overall this was an awesome ep.

What is the earliest Power Rangers memory you have? Was it watching the show? Getting some PR merchandise? What was it that made you keep watching?

Well I don't exactly remember what happened, but I remember the first PR season I saw was MMPR. I was 5 years old at that time. I instantly fell in love with it but couldn't watch any more eps. After some years my dad got me a PRiS VHS(the Psycho rangers eps) and then I lost touch with PR and then again started watching PR with TF, thats why TF has a special place in my favs cause it got me hooked to PR again. And after TF I've been watching all the seasons up to RPM. Oh and btw I also got some MMPR and DT action figures, I bought them many years ago.

Ah, I see. That's interesting. You really got into PR with TF ...and I stopped watching it after TF for some years lol.


SPD gave us our first female red ranger, yet she was evil. What are your thoughts and feelings of having a female red ranger leading the main team? Leading the side of good. What are your thoughts and feeling of having a female lead the main team for an entire season? Would you like to see another female red ranger? Do you think having one would go well with the fans? Do you think it would go well with the marketed audience (little kids)? Do you think it would go well with hard core fans (members of discussion boards)? Do you think Disney should make the next red ranger female even though in Sentai the ranger is male? Do you think they should wait for Sentai? Explain.

Well I don't mind a female red ranger, and a girl being a leader, in fact that'd something new, yeah I think Disney should having a female red ranger even if her Sentai counterpart is a male. I think it'll be good for their marketing as more girls will be interested in PR, at last they'll give it a shot, as for hardcore fans, well most of the people I've seen on different PR boards don't have any problem having a female red ranger, and Im sure most of the PR fans would welcome a female red ranger and leader of the team. We all want to break the monotony don't we? :D

In Power Rangers, we are seeing a lot more Rangers with genetic powers, which one that appeared in the show would you want and why? What would you do with it? Would you use it for personal gain? Would you tell anyone about your gift?

Ah! I love this question, I had started to wonder when would you ask this one.

And the answer is.............SUPER SPEED!!!!!! I've always wanted Super Speed. It'd be so cool to things at a mcuh faster rate. Well I'd use it for helping people and would call myself flash.........nah thats an overused name so I'll have to think of something else :p And the only personal use of the power would be to impress girls :D

If you could create a Power Ranger season what kind of PR would you have, where would it be set, what year, what color be the leader, how many rangers? What would the villain be like?

I always had a PR season idea in my mind and always wish I could turn it out into an actual season. Well thats not possible so I decided to turn it into an RPG, though I haven't done that yet. It would be a futuristc RPG, set in 2050. Where many problems have been overcome like terrorist, global warming etc. Blue would be the leader as Blue's my fav color :p There would be 6 rangers. With the core team consisting of 5 ranger adn the 6th ranger joining later(though there'd be twist in the story). I think you know what Im talking about, I once told ya about this. And the villian would be none other than the one balled dwarf himself, Hitler(the undead robotic version of him). It would be set mainly in the U.S but ranger would sometimes have to travel to some other place. And not to mention there'd be travel too!!! :D

To be honest Im not really into tv shows, but I watch anything musci related like the shows on MTV and ChannelV, not a big fan of American Idol. I like those crazy makeover shows :D and PR of course :p

Yay for Die Hard 4.0! I love it aswell. :D ...you didn't say why you like them, so...

what do you like about Die Hard 4.0 and four other movies (you can pick which ones you want to talk about) from your list?

Oh I didnt notice I had to mention the reasons too.
Anyway these are the ones I've selected.

Wanted: Well the reasons simple, how can someone not love such a great movie, with such adrenaline pumping action and an awesome story. And besides it had my fav actress Angelina Jolie!!! :D

Mr And Mrs Smith: The action are story are soooo cool. I love the way both Jolie and Pitt are married and then they try to kill each other most of the time and in the end fall in love with each other. And well it also had Angelina Jolie :p

Die Hard 4.0: Well I really like Sci-Fi movies, or Tech related ones, I liked the whole computer -hacking-bringing-down-the-country theme. The action was really cool.

Brave Heart: I loved this movie simply because of its story. It was sooo cool, I was very young when I saw this and I remember the tune stuck in my head for years, I still remember it. It was really an epic movie. And this old/epic theme is one of my favorites.

A Few Good Men: This is one of the movies that made me a Tom Cruise fan( I know you hate him :p). I loved the story, its the story that made me love this movie.

Cool. I still have to watch Wanted and Mr and Mrs Smith sometime. And I don't exactly hate Tom Cruise, I just don't really like him. :p


Do you play any games? If yes, which ones are your favourites and why do you like them?

Play??? Dude I love playing games, I think you're talking about video games. Well there are many I like but I'll name the top 5.

Assasin's Creed: It's my dream game, I love it sooo much, its so close the reality, mean the graphics, the story and character development is simply amazing. The best thing about the story is, it keeps you hooked till the end, and you can't even for a second feel like stop playing it. Though the gamplay is a bit repetative but thats not a big problem, and I've always loved assasins(in movies and games) and they way they kill their targets.

Devil May Cry 4: I've played DMC 3 and DMC 4 and I found this fun better than 4, Dante looked so cool and he was so funny. I liked his weapons. Nero was also cool, the characters were really good, and the action is simply amazing. And the Johnny Bocshe(or however you spell it) did the voiceover for Nero, I really liked him as Adam and Nero was also a great character. Overall it was an awesome game.

Smackdown Vs Raw series: As Im a huge fan of wrestling(especially WWE) the SVR games were just the kind of games I'd love to play, I remember playing them when my PS2 still working. Now Im a PC gamer, and sadly the SvR games are console exclusives. Well its so good to live the life of a WWE superstar and winning titles and stuff, a perfect game for a wrestling fan like me. I own all the SVR games all the way from Smackdown!Shut Your Mouth(2003) to SVR 2009. Though I misplaced most of them :D

Prototype: The main reason I like this game is cause of its story. The story is sooo cool, the way he tries to find out who he is throughout the story and finds out that he was the reason NYC was doomed. The action is really cool, and its an addictive game.

Call Of Duty: World At War: Of all the WWII games like Medal of Honor and previous COD games or other WWII games, I found this one the best, I mean you actually feel like you're part of the battle, the story is soooo cool and addictive that I remember I felt like I was fighting for the world peace, not my character. It felt like my character was me, and I was fighting for my country, and the dialogues used are really inspirational and emotional. Though Im not really into First Person Shooters, this is one of the few FPS games I like, actually its my most fav FPS game.

I haven't played any of those games yet, just the first Call of Duty part. Those games sound interesting though.


We haven't talked about music yet, so what kind of music do you listen to?

Ah!!!! At last, a music related question, I have been waiting for this question since the interview started :p

Well Im more into Rock(New Age/Modern Rock, Alternative Rock, Punk Rock and Hard Rock). I also like Pop(the simple pop, not those electro and disco or techno thingies) and R&B. The kind of music I actually hate is Metal, no offense to any of the metal fans out there but thats just me, I hate Metal, any kinda metal, and I also don't like Rap. I prefer soulful music, and to be honest I find these two genres soulless, and again thats just my opinion, I don't intend to offend anyone.

Now my top 5 fav bands.

Green Day: Well as you can see, Im a huuuuuuuuuuuge GD fan. Simply cause I love their music, their songs are so good,the music, the lyrics everything. GD got me into Punk Rock. I really like BJ's vocals and guitar playing and Tre Cool's drums(he's the best drummer in the world IMO).They're the best band live, when performing live they're better than any other band, their live versions are so close to the studio version. And the best thing is that they interact with the audience, may it be singing with them, calling them on stage , having them sing some lines of the song etc, they make every concert worth attending, and well they're the best in the world!!!!! And yeah not to mention they've got ba**s too, its not easy to bash the government and the President of the most powerful country of the world. Im really inspired by Green Day.

Linkin Park: The best thing about LP is their lyrics, and many can relate to their songs. And the music is cool to, though its mostly computer sounds based. They're ok live not that good, but its hard to not like them, cause their music is cool to listen to, every other person has listened to at least any one fo their songs if not likes them.

Three Days Grace: I like them cause their music is the kind of rock I love(Alternative, hard, new age/modern). And as you may notice after reading all five names, that I like the bands who took about inner feelings, relations, problems, pain, happiness, teenage stuff or feelings in general. And out of all the five bands I love, 3DG are the best when it comes to writing lyrics about feelings. Their songs are really good. Can't wait for their new album, which is coming out next month.

Creed: One of the best bands ever, they talked about "What's This Life For" and asked us to be "One". How Jesus must've felt when he down to "One Last Breath", and asked us if we can take them "Higher"(which the fans did). And lol I really suck at this but at least I tried :p Anyway their lyrics and and songs were really good, I love Scott Stapp's vocals and Mike Tremonti's guitars, Creed will definitely go down the history books as one of the greatest bands, not every band can achieve the kinda success they achieved, the record sales they achieved and the fan following they had. Though Istarted listening to them years after they split, I always wished they reunited and they actually did just after a year I started to loved Creed. Can't wait for their new album, which is coming out in November I think.

Hinder: The number 5 spot was previously held by Nirvana, but Hinder got it just a few days ago :D I couldn't help but fall in love with their songs. Their music and lyrics are awesome.
