Hello members!

To better refine how Otaku Hero Access acquires staff members, this new form will be used in submissions. If you leave an item blank (as in didn't write in N/A), then your application may be rejected.

As always, Double has final veto privileges over any and all applicants.

We are asking for applications currently as a result of the board split, because there are more forums to moderate. All current staff will remain on board though the capacities of these staff members is as of yet undecided. Below, please find a list of sections that will exist on each board. You may apply for one or more of these:

A suggested Age Limit of 18 or older has been mentioned. This is because the board would like to have staff members on site 24/7, and those of you attending some sort of school might not have the time to moderate a forum. This issue has come up before (recently, in fact.)

We would also like to thank Plunder Bunny (Bluestar) for creating the majority of this Moderator Application!

PM completed moderator application forms to GoldPhoenixRanger here on Otaku Hero Access/RT. When your application arrives, the Staff (and particularly the Board Owner, Double) will review your application for consideration.

Why does Plunder Bunny/Bluestar has to provide the Personal?
