My favorite is Qween Beryl. She was just so sinister. It also felt like the guardians really had something to overcome with her. The way she destoryed the moon kingdom really makes you want to see Sailor Moon defeat her. I love how she was protrayed in the dic dub.

Joker (most of the versions but especially the 80s TV version and the recent movie one) (his humor was the sick kind of humor that was amusing, not the bad humor that Lothor did.)

That's a good question since Sailor Moon has a lot of good Ultimate Evil Eldritch Abomination type villains.

I guess I'll go with Chaos since I heard somewhere that all the various Bigger Bads are just different incarnations of it, and that you can't ever truly destroy it just banish it back to everyone's bad thoughts where it comes from.
