I was at Toys R Us in New York City on a trip with Drama Club and I was in line to purchase the Retro fire MMPR Mega zord (great figure by the way) and as I was checking out the cashier, who was in his mid-to-late 20's maybe 30's looked at it and laughed. I figured it was because I'm an 18-year-old buying a power rangers toy, but then he looked up at me and said "I have a question for you." I looked at him expecting a smart remark. "You a Jason fan or a Tommy fan?" I laughed and said "Oh Jason all the way. The original." He goes "Yeah me too. That Frank guy who played Tommy couldn't act and was way too cocky, I hated him" I ended up discussing Power Rangers with this guy for a good couple of minutes, it was funny.

You guys have any funny Power Rangers-related stories like that?

O and are you a Jason fan or a Tommy fan?

Out of the two, Tommy.

Not really huge on either, though. Carter could take them.

It seemed like when I went off to college, there were a surprising number of people that spoke positively of Power Rangers, even though they didn't seem to be active fans. I was a little embarrassed when I got a text message during one of my classes and everyone could hear the MMPR Communicator beep, but nobody made fun of me. They just had a friendly, lighthearted laugh over it.

Definitly Tommy, though I was a huge Jason fan when the show first started...the green ranger wasn't really on my radar as a "cool" ranger yet...wasn't till I started rewatching mmpr early 2004 that green ranger was "awesome" to me...now White Ranger on the other hand changed my life lmao

So definitly Tommy all the way, Both the Character and the Actor who is suprisingly super nice in person

I'm a big fan of both Jason and Tommy, Tommy more so. I'll admit, though, that by the time Turbo rolled around I'd grown tired of him (though that was the start of my "too mature for PR" stage, which I later grew out of). Loved Tommy in Dino Thunder! It's too bad he couldn't come back for "Wormhole."

I loved Tommy in Dino Thunder too. I just wish he wasn't stuck morphed for most of the season.
