Question

Because there's a market for superhero shows that aren't all serious.

Looks like the Disney virus has reached Marvel already.. We're too late. Lol. I seriously hope that they don't water down Wolverine and the X-Men for stupid shows like this.. This show looks like.. Dora the Explorer meets the Avengers. LOL.

Question

This was in preproduction long before Disney had anything to do with Marvel.

The show still looks lame.. Lol. But meh.. If it gets them money, I don't blame them. :D

Question

The show actually looks like a lot of fun.

Not all superhero shows have to be all business all the time. We watch friggin Power Rangers, for gods' sake.

Lol. I guess I'm so used to the 90's cartoons, where they added a little too much to the cartoons than what they do now. Like X-Men: The Animated Series.. After watching all of the seasons I realized that, that show was not completely aimed at kids. In which I kinda liked that because it had that comic book feel to it. If you see where I'm coming from.

I've only seen a bit of the show and I must say that I'm unimpressed.

The show is based of the toyline of the same name. Hasbro has given the same treatment to Star Wars (galactic heroes), G.I. Joe (Combat Heroes), and Transformers (Robot Heroes).

Star Wars didn't start out as a toyline, it was the movies. And besides, Kenner got the toy license to Star Wars first.

...no.

Hasbro made a Star Wars toyline that is similar to the toyline they made for Marvel that this show is based off of.

A little corny, a little lighter than i like my super heroes, but if it's on I watch it, it's a pretty fun show.

Question

A little heavy on the potty humor for my taste, but it kept me pretty amused.

The show is based on the toyline by Hasbro.

I realize that, but your post sounded like you said Star Wars was created from a toyline like GI Joe and Transformers.

Watched it...and it was fine for kids. I don't think hardcore fans would enjoy it but for kids who aren't old enough to know the history or even read comics will like it.

Question

I'm a hardcore fan and I enjoyed it.

I saw a bit and I thought it was OK. I generally don't choose to watch cartoons really anyway. I've never been a cartoony person.

I really liked today's episode. Robert Englund was good as Dormammu, and I loved Falcon repeating "Dude, your head is on fire!"

i find it ok, i men character designs are spot on for Super Deformed, Doom and Stark both got visible skin around their eyes...but then have metal mouthes that move...

Apparently Bruce Banner exists (see Egghead intro) but the hulk is always the Hulk?

And how dow the Ringmaster Hypnotize Charles Frigging Xavier?

It's hit and miss...often in the same episode.

I'm kinda wishing Spider-Man would be on the show soon.:(
