To better refine how Otaku Hero Access acquires staff members, this new form will be used in submissions. If you leave an item blank (as in didn't write in N/A), then your application may be rejected.

As always, Double has final veto privileges over any and all applicants.

A suggested Age Limit of 18 or older has been mentioned. This is because the board would like to have staff members on site 24/7, and those of you attending some sort of school might not have the time to moderate a forum. This issue has come up before (recently, in fact.)

(replace Forum Name with the actual forum (e.g. Introductions, Otaku Polls, etc.; No new Graphic Arts Mods are needed; sorry.))

I have updated this topic because I will no longer be assisting in the Staff Application process. From now on, send all applications directly to Double.

Former app submissions have been forwarded to Double so you do not have to re-submit them.
