Hello, If you can hear me please listen up it is of the upmost importance. My name is Dr. Vincent Jefferson, and I am the head inventor at The department od Homeland Security. A few years ago me and some collegues of mine started developing new technology, that can increase the physical attributes of a human ten-fold.

One day while working on this technology, we were attacked by a race of warriors called the Equiatans. The equiatans are a new race of warriors that orginite from both planets Eltar and Aquitar. The Equitans are a mix of both races Eltarains and Aquitans, they are out to establish themselves as the dominate race in the universe by conquering every galaxy there is.

Now I managed to escaping along with the tech that goes by the code name of Project R.A.N.G.E.R. R.A.N.G.E.R stands for Rapid Additional National Guard's for the Earth's Reservoirs. Now the reason I'm sending out this distress call is because the Equaitans have found me, and I need help, okay they are chasing me, and looking for me right now.

I am sending you along, with 4 others project R.A.N.G.E.R okay you can use this communicator to contact the rest, this communicator also turns into your R.A.N.G.E.R morpher. Please Hurry the code word to transform is Project R.A.N.G.E.R, Ranger UP! and you must hit the shift on the morpher. Hurry I don't have much time!

Name: Troy Stevens

Age: 18

Ranger Designation: Gold Project Ranger

Status: The leader of the project rangers

Personality: Troy is a nice fun loving guy, who loves to play pranks on people. He loves being around people he really is a people person, because everyone responds to him positvely. Troy is afraid of failure and letting his parents down, that is his worst fear. Troy has a really great balance of goofiness and seriousness he has a mood for every situation, but his favorite way to be is sarcastic. He loves to be sarcastic with people it's just something about him, that brings him to rely on sarcasm.

History: Every since he was born his father had a plan for him. Troy's father wanted Troy to follow in his footsteps of being a FBI agent. When he was little, Troy had no problem with it because he liked the action that he saw in cop movies. As he got older he found out it wasn't like that at all, he went with his father to take your son to work day, when he was 10. The day was filled with nothing, but boring patrols, and paper work. After that Troy changed his mind, and wanted to find his own career path, he said their wasn't enough excitement in it for him.

Troy got older and he enrolled in high school he gained a lot of friends because it turned out people were drawn to him. Why wouldn't they he was charasmatic, and charming all of the things that people were drawn to. Troy was always involved in some after school activity. He wanted to find what he was good at, and he wanted to find something he wanted to do for the rest of his life. His after school activities included basketball, football, baseball, drama, and the debate team. None of those activities really sparked anything in him.

As he got older Troy continued to look for something he was good, and wanted to do. One day in his junior year of high school he went to a nascar race and found it amazing, he loved how fast the cars went, the crashes, and everything else about nascar. So when he brought this idea to his parents they denied him, they said nascar was t oo dangerous, and plus his father told him he was going to be a cop and that was final! SO naturally like almost any other 16 year old Troy started sneaking behind his parents back he started sneak out of the house to go to nascar races where he would be able to sit on the side lines with the crew chief and learn (through connections). One day his father caught him sneakng out and, he forbade him for going again, finally he had the fear of dad scared in to him, so he stopped attending races.

When Troy turned 18 he finally decided to check out the force, per his father's request. Troy showed up to the police academy and passed everything with flying colors. The phsyical test was a brezze for him. He even set a new corse record, and beat the old one by a full 30 seconds. He passed his psych test which he really didn't care too much about. He answered every question with a sly, cocky, and sarcastic remirk. The pscologist just thought it was normal for someone of his age to behave that way. He soon got bored and quit trying to get on the force and decided to go back to school. He wouldn't have the chance to go back to and finish school because, the exact same day he quit the force was the same day he he recieved an urgent message from a Dr. Vincent Jefferson. When he reached home their was a weird watch on his couch when he picked it up he pressed a button, and they button displayed the very, very urgent message from Dr. Vincent Jefferson. When Troy heard the end of the message he realized that this was the excitment he had wanted all of his life. He pressed the side button, and asked simply "are you four ready?"
