PR villains always come in three categories:
1. Alien Invaders (MM-LG, NS, SPD, OO)
2. Ancient Evils reawaken (LR, WF, MF, JF)
3. Man-made (TF, DT)
Which types are your favorites?

I would like a merger of the three, where it's an ancient extraterrestrial evil sleeping within the earth for centuries or millennia and humans try to exploit its power for their own selfish ends, only to inadvertently awaken the source of their own destruction. Time Force did it best, I think, showing that even in a supposedly utopian future, it is still in human nature to hate and fear what's different and that humans basically created their own problems. Then again, I'm a slightly misanthropic jerk who thinks a good portion of humanity, particularly the ones running the show as far as politics, the economy, and culture are concerned, are just scum.

Some combination options would really make this poll more comprehensive.

Ancient Evils because the villians in Lightspeed Rescue were AMAZING, also Zen-Aku and Master Org are my favourite villians

I think no matter what type of villain, I think one that has depth in character will be good.

I picked ancient evil. However I don't really care what type they are, as long as they don't dumb down the villians. That was a big reason why I didn't like Ninja Storm.

True, I'd rather see an interesting character with a stereotypical origin, than just a different type of villain, but you must admit the two typically go hand in hand. I think Mesagog is the perfect example of this... different type of villain that we'd never before, and an interesting one to boot.

Sometimes, Alien Invaders and Ancient Evils double up as the same thing. Which would get my vote.
I'll go with Ancient Evils though.

MMPR was a perfect example of that.

Ancient Evils Reawakened
This nearly always comes with that element of 'back then, there was a great battle and blah blah blah'...the history means that, most likely, we know something about the villains entering the season and then they cope with 'modern times'. The Orgs trying to convince Kite that the humans were polluting savages and little else being an example of good exploitation of their surroundings...
Although, at least Queen Bansheera, Dai Shi, and Master Org had reasons for fighting beyond the 'Ima Deemen' tune that The Master sang...so they're not allfirst rate.
Jungle Fury's nods to the first beast war definitely sit at the top...even Lightspeed didn't give us a whole lot as to what the nature of Queen Bansheera's palace actually was. Grizzaka's plan that the Phantoms would work alongside the Overlords because 'divided [they] lost'...now THAT'S why this type of foe is the best. We wouldn't get that sort of thing from the other types...

I like the idea of man-made. However, man-made should have more depth. All the man-made ones are "accidents." How's about one that makes himself into a boss villain type on purpose...like in VR Troopers? Or is Disney afraid that they wouldn't be able to do that without ripping off Dr. Doom?
