I done this RPG quite a few times and it always turned out well. The idea is set in an Alt Universe and Time the earth never had ranger before ie no zordon etc.
5 years ago the White House and other world government recieved a message that the Earth was going to be invaded by hostile race of Aliens who want to collect human as food and slaves. The 5 governments (US, UK, Israel, Japan and Columbia) started worked on Project V aka Victory or 5. In that time period they pooled their resources to create an Elite Team of Ranger to battle this Invasion. USA V1 (M) Japan V2 (F) UK V3 (F) Israel V4 (M) Columbia V5 (M)
Red and Pink would become an item down the road but at first pink is shy very tradetional Japanese girl who was raised by very ultra orthadox grandfather that never trusted Americans.
