Next ranger up is Kai, the Blue Galactic Ranger...how would you rate him?

I give Kai a 9. like Leo, he was not my favorite but he was great as the Blue Galactic Ranger. he is also good cook like cook chicken (or it was turkey?) dinner for Karone remember that? lol

Kai was a bit below average. Then again Galactic in general didn't capture my heart. I felt that it was trying too hard to be Star Trek. Either way, Kai didn't impress me much, granted he was an agent for good, he just didn't earn a spot light..

Kai Chen 8/10 Was A Good Blue Ranger IMO

Well the good thing is that his intuition got them out the lost galaxy when he remembered the spell in the book, plus he further assisted getting them out by being a Terra Venture pilot.

Bad thing is, he was unbelievably dull.

Half of 5 is 2.5, round up to 3.
