Ok, i've got another idea

This one is set in an alternate universe. Andros was un able to kill Zordon and bring an end to the Evil that existed at the time. 15 years have passed since that time. NOW, somehow, the 7 Power Coins are re-energised, as are the original Dino and Thunder Zords. The Powers are imroved and stronger than before. So, the main part of the story will be finding Zordon again, as well as fighting the combined evil forces of Lord Zedd and Rita, Divatox and Astronema. This will be a battle to the finish. Either the Rangers win......... Or evil does........

NONE! It'll be our own characters. The Earth will be over run by The Evil Alliance. Mankind will be enslaved. All except 7 individuals who have found the renewed Power Coins and Morphers. Each Ranger will be alone at first, in a different location. Eg, Green will be in Angel Grove, Red will be in Reefside, Blue will be in Ocean Bluff etc. We'll all end up together which is when the fight REALLY kicks off :D

I'm still thinkin about that dude. I'm unsure whether to portray Red OR White as the eventual Leader. I may have Red, Black, Blue, Pink, Yellow and White already together, with Green bein an outsider for a while. I dunno. I've got SOOOO may plans for this

That part about "descendants" seems a bit off... I mean, as you said, it's only 11 years since In Space, in which none of the Rangers had kids, and even if they had them pretty much immediately after they stopped being Rangers, their children wouldn't be old enough to be Rangers (there was Justin, but that was a special case...) So I'm guessing it'll be mostly siblings or cousins.

I don't know about this... we've already got Eridan, though she's technically a Space Ranger, her own team died centuries ago.

And besides, too many Rangers would be excessive. There's the five main Rangers, Nick, Ash and Eridan.
