A Love Traingle?

Ok I noticed maybe some possible romance between Dillon and Summer, but after watching ranger yellow, does it seem like Scott is interested romantically in Summer as well?

If we're positing a relationship based solely on physical attraction, I'd hate it anyway.

I could see something developing between Summer and Dillon; they already seem to have a bit of a flirtation goin'. I don't really see her with Scott, though, as he seems like he's more of a best friend/brother figure to her. Which I really like, actually; there's so much of a focus on romantic or sexual relationships that it's rare to see simple platonic friendship between men and women.

In fact, I actually hope that if Summer and Dillon (or whomever) get together, it's not for a while, because I like her independent streak. She doesn't necessarily need to be defined whomever she's dating. But I'm positive she'd wear the proverbial pants in whatever relationship she's in (yes, even with Dillon).

Dillon is obviously interested in Summer, based on how angrily he reacted to everything concerned her getting married. Let's face it, he looked pissed the entire episode. On the other hand, Scott seemed supportive, insisting that the marriage issue was between her and her parents, and was not the concern of the other rangers. For this reason, and because I get a strong brother/sister vibe from the two of them, I don't think there is any sort of love triangle going on between Dillon, Summer, and Scott. However, I have got the impression from the first couple episodes that we could be seeing Dillon and Summer get together by the end of the show. We'll have to see how things play out.

Dillon always looks like that lol. More brooding than angry i say. BUT, i can see a POTENTIAL love triangle. Dillon and Scott already have a slight rivalry IMO, so it wouldn't be goin too far to develop that into a fight about Summer. Scott's reason for liking her is simple, SHE SAVED HIS LIFE! Dillon's reason is that she saw potential in him when others didn't and she was the one that persuaded him to join the Rangers. SO, in conclusion, i can see this happening at some part in the story :D

I say Scott sees Summer as a surrogate for his late older brother. She did save him, after all. That's why he was supportive of her unconditionally. Where she is concerned in the rivalry with Dillon is that Scott sees him as a bad influence.

Dillon, on the other hand, has a crush on Summer.

Unlike a certain other couple where the female loses all her independancy and is now defined simply for the practically totally dependant streak where she constantly needs to be rescued by her other half, but the relationship will not be named aka. Kim and Tommy lol.

I looked pissed the entire episode, and I'm nowhere close to being in love with Summer. Dillon's the kind of guy who doesn't like to be told what to do, so he was standing up for those beliefs with Summer's feelings in mind. He and Scott care about her, but I doubt it's love related.

Just kidding. I don't really see a triangle so far. There's been little hints that could just be nothing and, just exaggerated by the shippers. Then again it could develop into a relationship or, a possible triangle. Though, I mostly see Dillon/Summer as a possible relationship in the show. Heck, if there is a love triangle it just might be Tenaya 7/Dillon/Summer.

It seems skeptical, but I'm holding the thought as well as Dillon and Summer.
