One of the best rangers around. To me he is the next best red ranger behind jason. He saved the universe by making one of the toughest decisions in PR History. Excellent leader and a great warrior.

I suppose you could say he gets jealous easy, but he has spend a fair portion of time away from civilisation and social contact, so he just didnt want said contact to go wrong when he had just claimed it again, he apoligized to Zhane after for it.

Yes, he killed Zordon, but I consider the outcome of the events rather than the event itself, like I do for most things, and it did save the universe, which, after Wes saving time, is probably the 2nd most impressive feat of any ranger ever, hell it even beats Carter's netherregion daytrip.

10 He is my 3rd favorite ranger of all time, he was the first to pioneer the use of a super power "Telekinesis", and he was the first to show us the awesomeness that is a battlizer.

He saved the Universe, and showed yet again Humans can breath in space with out a space hamlet when he stood on the moon with out one. He was quite the Ranger man I wish IS was just a wee bit longer would have loved More Andros.

Well, think of it this way.

Andros was the one that "did" the action and got past the barrier of... fear if you will.

All Zordon had to really do is stay still, didn't seem like much of an achievement.

I mean yeah it was his energy that saved everyone, but Zordon didn't actually do anything himself. If Zordon was the true hero, he wouldn't have needed Andros.

Zordon made a huge sacrifice by telling Andros to take his life, but Andros did all of the work. He had to go against the wishes of his team, sneak aboard the fortress of evil, fight ecliptor and Astronema, and then finally had to kill zordon. He did a lot.

Gave him a Zero. He's one of the worst RR's along with Carter, Tommy, Sky, Bridge, Nick and Mack. He's very overrated IMO.

Carter is a badass and the only part of Lightspeed that made me not dislike it completely, apart from the Lifeforce Megazord maybe.

How can Andros be overrated? He saved the universe, does he get appreciated daily for having saved the universe? If you ask me, he's not appeciated enough for that feat, or maybe people don't truely get what he did, Earth, Ko-35, Aquatar, Triforia, Eltar, he saved them ALL. No other ranger has done that.

Apart from Wes saving time, no one has done anything else impressive to match what Andros did, at all, no one.

Did Wes really save time? IIRC, when Jen and the others went back to the future Alex basically told them that Wes got killed but his efforts "helped" save time. Then later Jen and the others went back to 2001 and Ransik ultimately gave himself up which is why time was saved meaning Wes dying to help save time didn't really happen because they changed the past. At least thats what I remember from the episodes.

Doesn't quite work as one-sided in your favour like that.

You were saying you thought Andros was one the worst red rangers, and then you tried to generalize that to an overall view from everyone's view point.

Works both ways.

If no one else is allowed to generalize their views for everyone, you can't either.

So your opinion isn't fact or everyone elses's opinion either.

You put an 'IMO' for him being overrated though, so that's ok because you specified that was just your opinion.

While Jason is my favorite ranger, I think Andros is probably the greatest red ranger of all time. Like has been said numerous times on this thread, no one has accomplished as much as Andros did. Even Wes helping to save time, he still only saved ONE planet's future. Andros made it possible for the entire universe to even have a future. Needless to say, I gave him a 10
