As in who was he as a ranger in Power Rangers? If so, Jack...SPD Red in Power Rangers SPD or the show Smallville?

In Smallville he played 2 different parts.

1. A delivery guy (For about 5 seconds)
2. In season 6, he gets vapourised by one of the phantoms from the phantom zone

As a Ranger, FB correctly stated, he played Jack Landors, SPD Red

Sarah Brown, one of the VR Troopers mind you, is a regular on the ABC soap General Hospital. She won a couple of Day Time Emmy's for her role as Carly Carinthos, I believe and she had a role in some movie or one of those CSI/Crimer Investigator shows before she came back to General Hospital in her current role of Claudia Zachara.

Yep, I love her. She also played Julia on As the World Turns. :D

And this crime show I think you're talking about is Cold Case. I love that show. I was mad when they let her go!

I'm sure most people know this, but Amy Jo Johnson (Kimberly) is currently on Flashpoint which airs fridays(?) on CBS.

I don't watch much TV. I saw Kai and Danny in Heroes and I saw a clip of Will on Hotel Babylon where he was this rapper who had an argument with this other rapper. He tends to get cast in stereotypical roles.In Overdrive it wasn't too bad but then you listen to the dialogue!

i find singapore shows lame. u sigaporean?
