Since it says Kamen Rider, they've got their claws in it. It doesn't mean they have "Kamen Rider Kiva", just that they've got the KR name to protect. There was a mention of this on RB and they said that Sentai doesn't have the same issue, since it is licensed as Power Rangers instead.
