I just had a thought while watching mmpr, surely if time reveresed itself, then the rangers wouldnt have the shogun zords for the alien rangers to use??

They also wouldn't have had Power Coins at all, and five of them wouldn't have been living in Angel Grove.

Why is it so strange for the Alien Rangers to potentially have access to the Shogunzords anyway?
Also the reason why the Shogun Zords weren't lost like they were before, why that certain lineup of Rangers were the ones in Angel Grove, and why they had the ninja coins that early, was because it was a different tangent of the timeline. Vile somehow "forced past events to happen" without them actually happening, it's called chaos. It's why he's a badass.
When time was turned back, I imagine the original timeline was returned to. One that was caused by the original timeline as we knew it before.

I believe that after time was restored to normal, The Alien Rangers had use of all MM3 Zords because they were the only MM Rangers still empowered.

I have never imagined that literal time was turned back to about 1989, mainly just certain elements like the rangers/bulk & skull, etc. In the other episode (don't recall the name) where Zedd turned back time, I think it was literal time that was turned back because they didn't know they were power rangers and such.

Time turned back physically. It was still the same year though.

I tend to agree with this, time for each and every thing reversed as it was as if i ate an apple, the apple would magicly revert back to when it was a whole apple but i'd still be in the same place and time

So say at 1:00 you were in, your room for example, thinking about eating an apple.
Around 12:00, you decide to go downstairs to the kitchen and grab an apple, bringing it back up to your room, and thus consuming it rather quickly, leaving the core.
Then perhaps Vile appeared and reversed the rotation of the Earth, and makes it an hour earlier. You'd still be in that room, and the apple core will be restored to a full apple. Even if, at that time, the apple was still in the kitchen.
That's a minor scale, just so people understand. But let's make it a more realistic scale to what MMAR was.
The event, instead, turned you into say 10 years younger to however old you are now. Now you are 10 years younger, still in your room of that house, with a full apple.
Even if, 10 years ago, you (at this apparent time) probably weren't even in THAT house, yet alone their even being an apple in that room, hell maybe that house was probably build less than 4 years ago, so the house technically wouldn't exist.
Vile didn't cause the Rangers to go backwards in the timeline, all he did was take what was already there and reverse and distort time to the point where he created a temporary "new" past.
So for example, the apply analogy I pulled out of nowhere for an example, if it was a literal time reversal then you'd probably be in (again, just a loose example, I don't know people's living arrangements) whatever house you were in AT that point in your life (10 years ago) rather than the one you were in now.
Vile didn't literally take things backwards in the already established timeline, what he did was take what was already there, what was already present... and MADE that the past.

Assuming time goes backwards that works lol, but I agree over all with what you're trying to say

I'm pretty sure Vile just made everything and everybody younger. Although everybody's memories (but the rangers) reverted, nobody on Earth really noticed a change, since their surroundings were turned back as well. However, the rangers retained their memories, so they knew that things were different and wrong.

lol I used an apple in my example :p
Lol wow! So you did. Lol I didn't see that.
That's a pretty big coincidence! I tend to just use apple analogies where appropriate.
Tell you what, I'll go back and edit, to make it flow.

That's true. The Rangers retained their memories because they were physically connected to their power coins, which somehow haven't been affected by Vile's Time Reversal. They haven't disappeared or anything. They remained untouched but the Rangers weren't able to use them after the time reverse took place, because they were just kids.
But how on Earth did Zordon and Alpha still remember that the Rangers WERE the Rangers? They didn't have the physical connection to the ninja power coins like the Rangers did.

A floating head stuck a time warp being affected by a temporal change? Now your just being silly.
As for Alpha, all you have to ask yourself is do you really care?
