Hm, worst crossover... the prime directive from Star Trek in the Power Rangers universe. That prime directive allows the entire worlds to be killed from things with preventable measures all becuase, that world doesn't have warp drive. Seriously. Sometimes it's policy to have design meetings on an engine that's built, works, and can be used... Also you can be arrested for talking to a citizen, accessing data that you're authorized to access, and asking for a little more time to figure out a problem with an engine... Also punctuation errors in reports can get you in trouble with senior staff.
