This link is the whole of the first part of the episode. Including Billy, Trini, Zack, and Bulk and Skull's nightmares 08:38 onwards. You clearly see the MMPR1 Megazord including for a whole episode without any obviously features of it being tampered with.

That Jet Ucarus one you saw was a digital edit. I know which one you mean, I saw it myself. And as you can see with it, there are obvious signs of it being tampered with an issue of light balance and contrast.

I think I even knew the guy that did it, Luke Groundwalker or something.

Hence why you only see that version as a clip.

It's the same cockpit, just repainted. And if you look again, you'll see that they were in the Megazord's cockpit and not in Jet Icarus.
