RPM Romance!

So, we've only gone through four episodes, but I thought it was high time we had a thread come up for it. :D This is for the rest of the season, and you can discuss all the occurring, non-occurring, and should have been occurring romances in the RPM universe!

So far I see Scott/Summer, and Tenaya/Ziggy coming, from a critic's point of view.

As for a fanwoman, just look at the username. :D Seriously, their chemistry is off the charts. :eek:

In my opinion, there does seem to be something between them. They both disagree and argue on the same things, they have this close frienship which might have been something more. But then again, that's just me. ::D

I'd have to say that Dillion's got the hots for Summer, but it's one of those flirty things. It's cute, but not stable to call it a relationship.

Scott's too busy being the leader to trouble himself with love..

Ziggy and Tenaya, well, it does seem possible, but, again it's too vague to tell.

The closest thing to a relationship we've seen, is Ziggy and Doc K. The love hate relationship they have is pretty obvious..

These are the only potential couples that can actually be seen, anything else is simply "They talked, so we'll try and make a shipping pair out of a random conversation, OMG DILLONXSCOTT THEY TALK"

And even then, these two couples aren't even established. Dr K and Ziggy doesn't even exist, it just has potential to POSSIBLY exist. Dillon and Summer is the only one that can really be seen at the moment and even that isn't really established.

What's the fascination with making couples out of everyone just because they talk?

I dunno, although it wasn't established, Danny and Max were a little too close for just best friends. Plus it gives more validity to why Danny felt anxious or uncomfortable with getting his potential "girl", plus he likes flowers a bit too much.

I only get into the couples that probably have the slightest of coming together. I liked how Fran ended up with Dominic, but I guess hardcore Casey fans just didn't like it.

I highly doubt there will be any gay couple established any time soon. I reckon another five to ten years. As for Fran/Dominic, it was shady in the beginning with Fran, then it was just nonexistant through most of the season, and suddenly they were paired up again. Weird logic, but it seems that the ones that we ought wish not come together, usually come together.

Therefore I thoroughly support Doc/Gem.

Dillon and Summer is the obvious one, and one I'm rooting for. Btw, is it just me or in Blitz, when Summer said, "have any dreams", then Dillon said, "I'm having one right now," a bit of the flirty part and indicative of something?

I don't really see a Ziggy/Tenaya pairing, so we're out of rangers till Gemma comes in (also depends on whether she gained a few streaks of sanity since we last saw her)

I assume it'll be a long long time before something like that happens. We rarely even get heterosexual couples on the show, much less the possibility of a homosexual one. I doubt PR would be a pioneer and start the trend, it'll wait for other kids shows to show gay romance first before it would even consider doing the same.

From "Brother's Keeper" Dr. K noted that Summer seemed to be torn between Scott and Dillon. Course, that was Dr. K speaking, but I do think Summer will end up with one of them. I've hoped for Summer/Dillon since all the way back in "Fade to Black," though she has a strong relationship foundation with Scott as well.

Doc K/Ziggy ... never saw that one coming, but it clearly is!

As for Gem and Gemma, I'm not sure where they would fit into things. I can't see Gem being paired up with anyone, really. He and Dr. K would be the most likely bet, but that's a REAL stretch.

And Tenaya 7 ... I'm betting on her being Dillon's sister/close friend of some sort, but I don't really see any romance possibilities there. Maybe I'm just not really looking. Hey! What about Tenaya and Gem?

I can not see Summer and Scott together simply for the fact there is nothing there to indicate a romance. I know in Brother's Keeper they alluded to the fact Summer was torn between Scott and Dillon, but since the second episode I've only seen things suggesting a romance between Summer and Dillon. I felt that whole subplot was thrown in there with nothing supporting the Scott/Summer potential pairing. Not that I'm voting for them but it seems the pair is going to be Summer/Dillon. I would like to see Tenaya hook up with someone near the end of the series like they did Lelee in MF. My other wish pairing is Dr.K/Ziggy.
