Squatt and Baboo were with Rita, Zedd and co when fleeing the Machine Empire but after that, they were not seen again in later episodes. Finster, Goldar and Rito were there but Squatt and Baboo were nowhere to be seen and then Squatt (but not Baboo) seems to miraculously reappear in Countdown To Destruction. What gives? I find that hard to believe that Squatt and Baboo would ever be seperated.

I like to think they were relieved of duty after Rita and Zedd were no longer the primary enemy, I imagine they either went back to their home planet or went off to live their own lives. Then they must have returned for the grand finale for the great battle.

It's Scorpina that I'm wondering about.

Also it's possible for Squatt and Baboo to seperate. Bulk and Skull seperated in Lost Galaxy after all.

Maybe Baboo was destroyed in the onslaught?

I've not seen Lost Galaxy so I can't comment on that. As for Squatt and Baboo battling in C2D, I doubt it. Mind you, I've never seen Finster battle either. But whether Baboo was there or not, I had thought that maybe him and Squatt possibly retreated sometime before the wave hit. The UAE would have probably have been too much for them and they left Rita and Zedd and pursued their own adventures or something. Thats just my theory. They would have been too weak and gullible to serve in the UAE and I doubt Astronema would have put up with them unlike Rita and Zedd.

Scorpina is another dissapearance I've wondered about. She appeared in The Mutiny Part I when Zedd debuted at te beginning but dissapeared. Her abscene up to Goldar's Vice-Versa is unexplained and after that too.

The thing is though, that the Z Wave was supposed to remove all evil. If someone was pure evil, such as the Machine Empire or Vile, they'd be destroyed entirely, if they were humanoids that were under a spell or a demonoid that was once a good human then the evil was destroyed... restoring them to good humans, Rita/Zedd and Divatox for example.

The thing about Squatt and Baboo, and also Finster, is that they never striked me as evil.

So, call me crazy, maybe they were following orders out of fear, and are mearly neutrals, maybe the Z wave didn't affect them.

Just a thought though.

I think Bulk and Skull ARE Baboo and Squat's human forms, they look so similar.

I agree. Squatt and Baboo are IMO the least evil out of all the villains to date. I would have liked them to at least have been given a chance to redeem their ways and become good. Maybe Goldar and Rito were also once good and maybe turned good. I think what Zordon meant by destroying all evil was only those who are purely evil and the lesser evils were turned good. Although I'm not sure how to comment on Elgar as he was clearly seen destroyed.

Yeah. They are similar in almost every way. Even Rita acknowleged that in "White Light Part II" XD

Maybe their with Master Vile. Didn't Rita and co. call Master Vile to stay at their place right when Mondo was attacking them. So maybe Rita and her gang stayed at Vile's for awhile, but then everyone except Squatt and Baboo decided to go back to the moon so that they wouldn't let Mondo destroy the rangers all by himself. SO my theory is Baboo and Squatt are or were with Vile.

WHile I can't say much for Vile or Scorpina. I think it's implied that squatt, baboo, finster, and maybe even rito were destroyed as well by zedd's wave.

I certainly hope not. If Rita and Zedd can be turned good then I don't see wy Squatt, Baboo and Finster can't. Unless they of course decided to turn their back on evil at the last minute (Squatt and Baboo at least, not sure about Finster) just before the wave struck and are somewhere in another part of the universe.

I certainly hope not. If Rita and Zedd can be turned good then I don't see why Squatt, Baboo and Finster can't, although at least they should keep their nomral forms. Unless they of course decided to turn their back on evil at the last minute (Squatt and Baboo at least, not sure about Finster) just before the wave struck and are somewhere in another part of the universe. Personally, Squatt shoudn't have even been present during C2D, what purpose would he even have? Its because of their weakness and gullibility that I believe they would have survived the wave. I don't think Zordon would have really saw them as a threat and only destroyed those who were purely evil.

Most of the stupid villains post-CTD ended up surviving (Jindrax and Toxica, Marah and Kapri, Piggy, Norg, Flit). I see no reason not to include the earlier stupid villains.

Piggy, Norg, Flit).

Flit and Norg don't seem like a villian to me...
They seem like neutral characters...

I'm pretty sure in Sentai, Squatt and Baboo had more actual contact with the Rangers.

Piggy, Norg, Flit

Piggy was neutral. He helped everyone that could pay him (Broodwing and SPD) and he also helped Grumm only out of fear.

Norg was just slow and stupid.

Flit they never explained as a villain. He was more like a victim.

None of them were really villains.

Anyway, as for Squatt and Baboo being absent from Zeo, maybe they did stay with Master Vile while Rita and co returned to the moon or they decided to leave Rita altogether. Squatt's prescence in C2D was either a mistake or he decided to return (with or without Baboo) although probably would have stayed away from the battles like he always does.
