I decided to not keep my cable any longer since I no longer watch it. The only reason I kept it this long was for Power Rangers. Since Comcast is raising their rates, I don't want to pay for high cable prices, so I decided to quit cable while I am ahead. I always like watching Power Rangers on cable. The local station KATU Channel 2, doesn't seem to carry it either. I will continue watching the show via DVD's. So, this is the end soon for me. I do plan on watching Power Rangers until I have my cable shut off. Until next time.

Why don't you just switch to DirectTV or another cable provider?

Heck I don't blame you. Nickelodian has gone down hill after they cancelled Danny Phantom and Avatar.
After Toonami got canned then CN just hasn't been the same.

And everything else is just reruns of network prime time shows

I've already made the conscious decision that when I get my own place, I won't pay for cable at all. Most networks put their shows online, and if you're already paying for internet (which I'm sure most people do), I don't see any reason to pay for a bunch of channels not worth watching.
Just think about this, you're paying for 24 hours worth of programming on 50+ channels all at once, which you could never watch simultaneously. At most a person could view only 24 hours of TV a day, only 1/50th of what you're paying for! Not to mention you're paying for twice the TV since you can't watch while you sleep. Sorry if I got a little carried away there, but it just came into my mind and thought I'd share.

Quoted for truth. I loved Danny Phantom, and cancelling Toonami shows CN has no love for anime. Hell, [adult swim] only shows anime late night on Saturdays.

I'll just stick to DVD's. I called KATU and they said "It is our choice not to air it." It is a ABC/Disney program and I feel sorry for all those fans in my area (who do not have cable) will not be able to watch it.
