Do you guys think that "Countdown to Destruction" can be considered a team-up? All of the rangers that were shown fighting, weren't fighting on the same planet at the same time, but fighting none the less:

Gold Ranger
Blue Senturion (ranger-like ally)
Phantom Ranger
Space Rangers

Im not sure if CTD should count because the other rangers don't really contribute to the whole 2 parter. I like to think of them as more of cameos then full cross-overs.

I agree with Super Jeff. CtD shouldn't be counted, let alone mentioned.

Countdown to Destruction doesn't count as a team up period

How about Fighting Spirit from PRDT? Sure, it isn't exactly a team-up by any means, but it does bring back old rangers to aid a current one. (Similar to Always a Chance or True Blue to the Rescue)

CTD, Always a Chance, True Blue to the Rescue and Fighting Spirit are demi-teamups.
