*Unseen*
6:15 am the sun's rising , she tosses and turns groans as the ray of light pulls her from another sleepless rest. Groaning , dark brown eyes flutter open as she reaches one hand out to slap the alarm clock off. Swinging her legs off the bed, pulling herself up into a sitting position ; she shakes her head releasing the negativity from the previous night's dreams.
Standing up slowly she gets up and walks down the short hall way, her bare feet hitting the cold wooden floor. Her eyes slinted open she pushes the door open and trips over the blue fur rug on the bathroom floor, catching herself on the wall before kissing the floor beneathe her.
"Today's going to be another hell of a day isn't it?" She thinks as a tear drop rolls down her cheek. Wiping away at the stray she turns the faucet on getting ready for another day. Walking away from the mirror, she makes her way back to her bedroom to get dressed.

Walking around the courtyard she notices people from her past and present each of them seem to be looking through her . She waves her hand but recieves no response. Instead of being upset of being ignored, she chooses simply to not care and moves to walk away once more.
"It seems as if your always walking away now doesn't it?" An inner voice ask as she walks to the gymnasium for swimming. Entering the pool area she notices everyone's already dressed out and ready to dive in. She looks to the professor for any clue as to what he wants her to do, instead all she sees is nothing but a blank stare. Releasing a breathe she hadn't know she had been holding in she walks away from the group of swimmers and into the locker room. Changing quickly, she rinses off , sliding down the showers wall as the warm water runs over her. Through the spray of the shower hose no one would be able to see she's been crying. She cries not for today but for the years of solitude of pain and anguish she's always kept to herself. She wasn't one to express to anyone her true emotions, instead she always hid behind a facade. Lately though she's watched closely and struggled desperately as her strong hold began to unravel. She's fighting , fighting with herself and her soul, to keep her self from crossing the thin line between emotional and cold hearted. Before it had been so simple for her, closed off to others around her. Very few had been able to penetrate now it seems as if everyone can see her emotions. She bares her heart for the world to see. Silently thats what's making her so secluded , her always pulling back. Retreating back to a world where no one can reach her.
"Can you hear me?" Her heart's screaming at the top of it's lungs reaching out for someone to answer her call. Though through her stubborness it'll be a long while before anyone can get through to her again. She's gone back and forth , debated, took a poll, ask the stars above and yet each time her mind goes back to telling her life is better lived alone.
She's pulling away, pulling back but still hope lingers on hoping , waiting for the silver light to pull her back from dispair and sadness. Just maybe someday she'll see the rainbow and it's pot of gold. For now though she remains unseen. Forgotten and lost in a world thats black and white, not noticing the grey that is always in between.
