K, thanks to who ever is about to read my work. I have been inventing this in my mind for the past couple of months and now I would like to write it down. Please post all negitave and postive comments so I can improve over time!
but first you should know this-
the team is run by the goverment
the big mutants are called walkers
the minions are called airs
Episode 1-
"Captain the power is growing stronger, it is time to recruit the rangers" said Alyssa the captain assitant, she was brown haired and brown eyes and very smart. She had mediocer height, and light skin.
"ok locate them and send the some people to get them, if we are right they are watching us and they know who we want, they could intercept"
"OK"
"and Alyssa"
"yes"
"make sure they do not frighten Kerra, she is still young and she will do anything to defend herself" he said, still trying to figure out what the massive amount of energy coming off of her meant. He did not have any doubts that she was not good, in fact if she was not so young she would have been the leader, dispite the fact that she is a girl. He thought despertly, what if she did not want to come? He knew asking her would just make Samatiod (the evil ruler of the walkers) want her.
"of course captain, I will occupany them if it makes a difference"
with that he nodded feeling that that would probably help and she left.
Jasper a short dark brown haired boy, was on the computer, setting up the new website for the company when he hears a knock on his door.
"Hello", he opens the door.
"Jasper Willows?" said the guard.
"Yes"
"Please come with with us"
"whoa, whoa I did not do anything!"
"We know we need your help, will you please come with us."
"Sure as long as I am not in trouble"
Twenty minutes later another person enters the car and sits next to Jasper.
They look at eachother and curiosty engulfs them and they both say "so who are you"
" Sorry, I am Jason, you?"
"Jasper. Do you know why we are here?"
They just told me, they.."
both- "need me"
" Ya me too" said Jasper
" I was just cooking at my job when they came in.", Jason said, he had a chef coat and hat on that covered his tall lean body and his black hair.
"you cook? Sweet!"
Then another person enters the car, this time a girl.
"hi", she says immediatley, her sweet voice immediately shows she is a vocalist. And with her pixi cut, brown hair it fit her. "My name is Rose."
They all chat while the drive continues and another persons enters the car. His name was John, he had on a pastel yellow tee shirt that nearly matched his blond hair. They confirm that they are all there for the same reason when the driver says, " we've got one more, sorry for the wait!"
Kerra and her friend, Sapphire were walking home from school talking animatley when her friend suddenly says" crap, Kerra I forgot my homework, I can not afford another bad grade in Ms. Schulz's class I got to go back!"
"k, do you want the company?" she said and she pushes her curly red hair behind her ear.
"No, go on with out me I will be fine"
"K, call me when you get home", Kerra says already knowing that she would have done that. They were best friends and next door neighboors they tell eachother every thing.

Kerra looks up and see this ugly monster in front of her. Her first thought was it was some kid just up in some halloween out fit, but she knew better that out fit looked too real, with horns coming out of it's back and arms, they definitely looked pointy. She wanted to run but it was blocking her path to her house. So she says " what do you want?", hoping to maybe befriend it so it would not do anything to her, but she knew that would be a bad idea when it said "you, I want you to join me and become part of my evil empire, and help in my plans to take over Earth!"
Well that was blunt, she thought and what ever he was talking about it was not for the good.
so she says "never" as she remebers her teachings from her sensei. If this is real she thought then I will only be good!
"You will regret that, I will not rest until you are destroyed then" he aims a blast of energy to her feet hoping to scare her onto his side
Kerra fell to the ground, wondering what in the world that was. Then suddenly there was screeching of tires
Kerra knew a distraction when she sees one and the second the monster turned around she got up and ran through someone's yard.
Now what am I going to do? She thought, as worry filled her brown eyes. He knows where I live and that blast shows he is not kidding. Suddenly there was another screeching of tires and before she could run two men and a women jump out.
"Kerra wait", yells the women,"we are not here to hurt you we are here to help you, please come with us!"
"Hell no", Kerra says.
"please you need to trust us"
"trust you, trust you when I have just attacked by a monster!!"
Then there was another pop and Kerra was suddenly kicked to the ground, Kerra was suddenly very grateful for her karate training or else that fall would of really hurt! She jumps to her feet and despertly trys to get as far away from both sets of being, her pale face just got even paler.
"Kerra, you need to trust us please!" the women pleads desperatly.
everyone has now filed out of the car and was watching the scene apprehensively.
"Ok" she says but before she could go to them the monster grabs her,everone runs to help her but before they could reach her she swings around and she musters all the strength in her body and throw a punch right to his stomach. At that very moment her palm glows with light. And there is an explosion and the monster disappears. The second the punch was thrown the glow in her plam disappears and Kerra collapses.
That was part one of Lightning storm, hoped you like it, there will be a part two tommorrow!

Part 2, episode 1-
"Man is she ok?", asked John, as he picked her up and brought her inside. She was still not conscience.
"In here", said Alyssa, as they walk in the see a guy with black hair croped short, and his was in uniform with a badge that said captian.
He nodds to Alyssa, and takes the others out of the room once John puts her down. Alyssa explains what happened to the nurse and then went to join the captian. As she walked in she hears demands of what was going on.
"please calm down, do not worry Kerra will be ok.", said the captain, "now for why you are here, Manchester is being attacked as you saw, but an evil man called samatiod. That monster you saw is called a walker, they were never given a specific name. You are here because we need you to help defend Earth from Samatiod.(" but how can we do that?" asked Jasper) good question. Well you all have Karate training which is how we found you, your sensies recomended you. And I know what you are thinking, not all of you can throw a punch like Kerra did. But that is why we have these for you", he takes out morphers.
"whoa!" everyone says. He hands them each to them, Jasper red, Rose yellow, John blue, and Jason green.
"And the last one is to Kerra right?" asked Rose.
" yes" said the captain, then just as he says that Kerra burst in the room followed by the very distraught nurse.
"Whats going on?!!" Kerra yells.
"If you were to please sit down I will tell you." said the captian.
"But captian", said the nurse, "she is still not well".
"I will send her right back to you once we are finished" and with that she nodded and left.
Once he finished explaining about the attack and why it happened the captian asks, "would you like to help us and take your part as a pink ranger?"
"Of course", she said, "but what is a ranger?"
"power rangers, that is what you are now known as"
"oh, and do you know why that happened when I threw that punch?"
"I have a theory, we noticed you have a massive amount of energy coming off of you ("what?" every one but Alyssa says.) yes it seem that you have powers that you can use to your advantage. More than one as it seems by the amount of energy there is."
"are you serious? more than one? But than why did I faint if I have powers?"
" Well my guess is that you have super strength, but the thing with your power I am guessing is it requires the same amount of energy to do it so it takes it from your body, but I have a feeling that it will not do that with your other powers."
"well that is good!"
there was a beep and the screen in the back of the room turned on, it showed an attack by a walker that looked like a serpent but with legs and arms.
"Rangers", said the captian, "now is the time for you to fight, call on your powers, (a confused look spreads across Kerras face) no not yours Kerra, ("oh, man I thought I would have them all now" she says, every one laughs.) by saying lightning force ranger form."
"yes sir," Jasper says.
"Oh, right", replies the rest of the rangers, "yes sir"
The captian smiles as as he watches them follow Alyssa out to the car. They arrive at the scene and then the walker smiles with pleasure. He call out "airs" then figures appear that had purple round heads with slits for eyes and a purple suit with red circles all over it."attack", it yells.
"lightning force ranger form", they yell and there was a puff of multicolored smoke and they were in their suits. The team then starts to defend themselves from the airs. Jasper throws a punch, the air blocks it, the air tries to kick him but he moves out of the way and grabs the airs leg and uses it to flip the other one out from under it.
Rose dodges a shot from the blaster and takes out hers and fires one right back at the "air" (as in the monster), the monster fires one back at her at the same exact time. This air being particually stupid gazed at the blast and Rose took the chance and fired at him.
Jason, John, and Kerra were all fighting the walker. Jason and John both throwed a kick at it, while Kerra throwed a punch. It block her punch but Jason and Johns Kick hit him. It fell over and Rose and Jasper joined the rest of the team. Then they heared Alyssa's voice over there morphers saying ,"rangers use your blasters they can combined to make a cannon."
So they pulled out their blasters, "combind mode" said, Jasper. They combind and he said, "fire" the shot hit ithe walker and there was an explosion and the walker disappeared.
"Yes", every one cried.
"Way to go team!", said the captians voice over their mophers.
episode 2-
*a day later*
"aha, I found it!" cries Kerra, she walks into a room and says," hi everyone!", the rest of the rangers were in the room.
"hey!", says Jasper, "you got lost?"
"ya I am not good with direction"
"me either", says Rose, "I would not have found it if I I did not run into John!"
"well at lest I am not alone!", Kerra joked.
"Rose, what are you wearing?" Kessa asked
"oh this, I was just at a concert."
"you play?"
"no sing"
"Cool, I play the piano, I could play for you one time!"
episode 2-
"that would be awsome!"
"so Rose you sing, Jason, by the look of you ensumble yesterday you cook, but Jasper and John what do you do?"
"I teach base ball", replied John
"I create computer sofeware and website for people."
"Sweet", respondes Kerra, you will have to teach me sometime! I am difinitely not computer lit.!"
"what do you do Kerra?" asks Jasper.
"come on stop tring to flatter me I am still in school!" she responds with a smile.
"Wait", says John, "did the captian say that he found us through our sensies?"
"Ya", respondes Jasper, why you want to spare (it is when you fight but with gear on so you do not get hurt)
"Sweet", cries Rose and Kerra.
But when they paired up Jasper with John and Jason with Rose, Kerra says "hey what about me?"
"well", Jasper says.
"well what?" she says impatiently.
"you are like four years younger than me, that would not be fair!
"What!! are you a chicken, Scared you are going to get beaten by a girl?"
"No!! fine.", he responds, "but I will go easy on you!"
yes ,she thought, it was always easy to convice boys to fight her. "that is your problem!" she says.
they put on their gear and Jasper lets Kerra throw the first punch. He blocks it then threw one himself. She blocks it but grabs his out streched hand and pulls it in while she aims a kick to his ribs. Man that stings, he thought, I will just have to give it all I got! He throws a punch she ducks then hit him right in his stomach and knocks him right off his feet. As she does this her palm glows light again and this time it stays. Jasper gets up and was about to ask why she did that when he saw the empty look in her eyes. "Are you ok?" he asks. The second he spoke she fell to her knees. Jasper and John imediately helped her up. She staggered and opened her eyes. As soon as Jasper saw the aprehensive look on her face he knew she did not mean to so he joked," hey no fair you cheated!"
She smiled and says," I am really sorry about that, I did not mean to! I have been trying to contro my power, I have gotten as far as being able to hold the energy in my hand." until some talks to me then I lose it"
"you have been practicing?", asked Jasper
"ya of course, you think I am just going to sit there and not find out what i can do?", she asks slightly sarcastic, "I mean I have learn that i should never use it in battle, I mean you saw what happened. It is way too dangerous. So I definitely can not risk not having control over it, what if I were to lose control during a battle. So I have been practicing. You should have seen the look on my foster moms face when she found me lifting my bed!, she laughs.
"Wait foster, mom?, Rose asks.
"ya"
"What happened to your parents?"
"the police do not know, they found me when I was I guess around eight, ya my birthday is the day they found me, they thought I was approximately eight so ya, I could be your age!! anyways they found me in an alleway they think I was beaten up by my parents or in a really bad car crash."
"I can not believe your parents would leave you! You are so likable!"
said Jasper
"who knows maybe they knew about my powers and did not want me for that reason, and we still can not rule out kidnapping."
"But wait can't you remeber them?" asks John.
"No, I lost my memory when I was hurt, I hit my head they think. "
"Wow, that stinks" says, Jason.
"ya, but I got over that by the time I was ten.You can not miss what you don't got"
"Ya but don't you want to know what happened?" asked Rose.
"no, what if they gave me up for no reason, I do not want to tarnish my fanticy on my parents are still out there looking for, me. I rather stay in the dark."
"alright we can accept that." says, Jasper, but where did you learn to fight like that? That was awsome!"
"thanks, at my dojo, I have been a black belt for a couple of months. You?"
"same here, I take kepo, you?"
"jujitsu, Rose?
"I take jujitsu too!"
"Sweet, we should go to the same dojo it would be fun if we could train together!"

"What do you take Jason", asks Rose.
"kick boxing"
"cool!"
"anyone sword fight?" asks Kerra.
