New Ranger Order : Book I : A New Generation.


Chapter 1.

The Astro Megaship Mark II flew through space. It’s engines roared as it was quickly trying to return to planet Dregoz. The ship was owned by the new Ranger council that had been set up on Dregoz. It was returning from an important mission.

“Incoming ship. Approaching fast.” Alpha X. Warned looking at the radar on board the ship. Alpha X was different to his predecessors. He had a more human like appearance. But his metallic skin was still gold. Over his chest , legs and feet, He wore red armour that had a lightning bold on the chest.

“What type of ship is it?” Andros the Red Space Ranger from the planet KO-35 and Ranger Master on the Ranger council. Asked the android.

“Sensors say it is a Class 10 Psycho Megaship.” Alpha X informed him.

“Alpha hide the morphers in your chest. NOW!.” Andros shouted throwing a box Alpha X. Alpha X quickly caught it and opened up a panel on his chest. Inside was a secret compartment. Alpha X placed the box in side and quickly sealed it back up.

And not a moment too soon. The Astro Megaship Mark II shook as the Psycho Megaship landed on top of it. Psycho Megaships are usually all different sizes and shapes to show rank in the Order of Psycho Rangers.

This one was all black but had Red patches on it and was the same shape as the Astro Megaship Mark II. The shape was intentional to rival the rangers Megaship. It the red patches along with the shaped showed this was the highest Megaship they had and so who ever was on board would have to be high up in the Order of Psycho Rangers.

The Astro Megaship Mark II shook again this time from an explosion. “Warning, Warning. We have been boarded.” A female voice known as D.E.C.A informed them. The main door of the bridge exploded in a vicious blast.

Andros looked on as an army of Space Knights walked in to the bridge carrying blasters. Then he saw her. A woman walked in carrying a sword. Her hair was long and black. Her face had a few lumps just above her eyebrow and black almost tribal looking tattoos on her forehead . This showed she was a Tarmacian.

Her outfit however showed she was no ordinary Tarmacian. The golden armour down her breasts and chest and leading to her feet with just the side of legs , her arms and skin above the breasts and up was showing. On her head wore a small golden hair clip that had markings on it to signify royalty.

“Where are the Zeta Morphers?” The woman known as Queen Quinzel asked. Andros knew he was in trouble.

“I don’t know what you are talking about.” Andros lied.

“LIAR. This is a Ranger ship. The same ranger ship who took the Zeta Morphers from us on planet Gratha. I will ask again where are the morphers? Answer and I won’t kill you, But will allow you the honour of living as my slave.” Queen Quinzel told him a smug and confident look on her face.

“LET’S ROCKET.” Andros shouted revealing his Astro Morpher. He pressed the buttons 3 , 3, 5 , enter. He transformed in front of her to become the Red Space Ranger. His red and white ranger costume was known through out the galaxy as he was the one who destroyed Zordon’s energy tube and saved the universe during the Dark Specter assault.

“So, You’re the great Red Space Ranger. A council member too. I shall enjoy killing you.” Queen Quinzel laughed as she quickly swung her sword at Andros. Andros blocked with his Spiral Saber. She was too powerful for him. He was falling backwards from the force of her pushing down on her sword.

A golden energy blast quickly fired from behind her knocking her down to the floor. Stood in the doorway was the Gold Ranger and fellow council member that represented the planet Triforia, Trey. He stood proud in his Gold Ranger costume.

The Gold parts of the black and gold costume gleamed in the light. In his hand he held the Golden Power Staff. It was a long staff with a symbol on the end. The Symbol was also on his helmet where the visor. It was the kanji Symbol for “king”.

“Two Master Rangers, No Problem.”Queen Quinzel spoke as she got to her feet. She held her sword tight in her hand as she looked at the Gold Ranger.

“Make that Three.” A female voice said. Delphine walked in the door. She was the White Aquitian Ranger on the council representing her home world of Aquitar. She was dressed in her white ranger costume that had a Ninja like quality to it.

“This is getting ridicules. I have better things to do than deal with you weaklings. Space Knights, wipe them out.” Queen Quinzel angrily said ordering her troops to attack.

“Alpha, Get to the teleporter in back. It’s important you get to the Council chambers. We’ll deal with these.” Andros whispered to Alpha X. Alpha X quickly started to leave out the back. The teleporter was put in as an emergency to teleport people or things from the Ship, to the Council chambers.

It was a great addition to the ship but Andros refused to just abandon this ship. He helped to build it back home on KO-35. Sure there was multiple Astro Megaship Mark II’s out there now but his was the first. It was his baby.

One of the Space Knights grabbed his blaster. He fired a laser beam at Andros. Andros ducked and quickly pulled out his Astro Blaster quickly fired back the laser blast hit the Space Knights and knocked him to the floor.

Space Knights were an origination that were created by the Evil Master Rufus. Master Rufus was at one time the Green Eltar Ranger. Until he turned evil and betrayed his people and became first ever Psycho Ranger.


The Eltar rangers were a great band of Rangers lead by Zordon the Red Eltar ranger. They were also the first ever Power Rangers. The Eltar ranger costumes had a more bug like appearance, Their costumes also had a cape hanging down and for years they were the only Power Rangers.

Psycho Rangers are rangers who have becoming pure evil on their own. They did how ever have a rich legacy that was equal to the Power Rangers. The ones the Space Rangers faced years before were not tied to the originals but still proved how strong a group of Psycho Rangers could be.

The Space knights stayed loyal to Master Rufus. And so when he turned they turned. A Space knights armour was all black armour that had an expressionless look too it. At first it looked like Ranger costumes but Master Rufus changed it so they lost all identities and became more like a machine army.

The Gold Ranger quickly ducked from the firing lasers. The White Aquitian Ranger quickly ducked too coming up with her Blaster and firing at a couple of Space knights who quickly fell down. The Gold Ranger quickly stood up and swung his Golden Power Staff knocking some of the space knights down.

“Where did Queen Quinzel go?” Andros asked looking around at the fallen Space Knights. He noticed she must have ran away fast during the battle but now there was no sign of her.

“No, Idea but I think you should see this.” Trey said looking down at the main computer on board the ship.

“NO, how I could be so stupid. They were not after the morphers, Why would they? Master Rufus can create ranger powers. They were after the codes.” Andros said looking down at the computer and seeing that the access codes to the Order of the Power Rangers had been downloaded.

“You weren’t to know.” Delphine told him placing her hand on his shoulder.

“Oh please, You think the other council members would make this mistake? Zoltar? Leo? Tommy? Or how about Jason? No they wouldn’t, god I’m an idiot.” Andros said punching a hole in the side of the wall. He was annoyed he could make such a mistake but the others did not blame him.






Note : This is the Eltar Rangers costumes as this is important.

Chapter 2

Back at the Power Rangers Academy. Zoltar was stood on a platform in a big round room. The round room was filled with students. Zoltar had long grey hair and beard to match. The Beard was not long though it was just a regular beard.

“Greetings new comers to the New Ranger Order. Each and everyone of you has been chosen to train and when graduation day comes 4 of you will be the new Zeta Power Rangers. This is a serious task and you will be responsible for bringing balance to the Morphing Grid.
You see students, The Morphing Grid where a Ranger gets his or her powers from is now unstable. Too many power ranger groups made it weaker and an evil being known as Master Rufus has taken advantage.

He has tapped in to the Morphing Grid to bring back the Order of the Psycho Rangers. I had no choice but to manipulate the Morphing grid and disable every ranger power except those I have chosen for my Ranger Council and the Morphers I will give to the selected students.

Make no mistake this is a huge threat the likes of which we have never seen. I have even stepped up and am using my father Zordon’s Red Eltar ranger powers. I have even brought back powers that we thought lost forever, for my council members.

And so I introduce you to the Ranger Council who will help you become Power Rangers.” Zoltar spoke to the students. There was thousands of students from different planets. Each representing their home world.

“Andros, From KO-35, Red Space Ranger.” Andros announced stepping forward so that everyone could see him.

“Trey of Triforia , Gold Ranger.” Trey Told them as he stepped forward.

“Delphine, I come from Planet Aquitar, I am the White Aquitian Ranger.” She told them stepping forward.

“I am Leo, From Earth technically but I represent Mirinoi as that’s where my powers come from. I am The Red Galaxy Ranger.” Leo smiled as he too a step forward.

“I’m Tommy. From the planet Earth. I am the Green Power Ranger.” Tommy told everyone as walked forward standing next to the others.

“I’m Jason, Also from Earth. I am the Red Power Ranger.” Jason smiled stepping next to everyone so the Council was all lined up. The students clapped the newly titled Ranger Masters. It was an important day and each and every one of them could fell that inside.

Elsewhere, On a deserted planet. Inside a palace. Master Rufus sat on a throne looking out at his army of Space Knights. His costume still resembled the Green Eltar Ranger costume but had more twisted look to it. It had more Black on it and the Green Eltar Ranger parts had become spiked and wild.

This showed he was indeed a Psycho Ranger. Queen Quinzel walked confidently up to the throne. She knelt on one knee before Master Rufus showing her respect and submission to her master.

“My master, The codes have been downloaded as you commanded.” She informed him with pride about completing her task.

“Excellent, Everything is going as planned. That fool Zoltar has even cut off the other ranger powers. When this plan is complete every single ranger that is left will be wiped out in one go and the Psycho Rangers shall rule the universe.

When we are done there will be no one left to appose us and all the planets will bow to my power. My only regret is that my old friend Zordon is not around to see this moment as everything he stood for is destroyed.” Master Rufus spoke in his deep, powerful and intimidating voice.

Back at the ranger order. “This is your dorm room. Please enjoy your stay.” A small gold and red Robot told them. He was an Alpha but he was an Alpha 1 type model. Alpha 1’s are common robots in the universe. Usually they are used to greet, show tours and other such simple tasks.

They do look like the later models that earth was use to seeing e. g. Alpha 5. But more basic in look. Having less details but they could have as much personality. This one was used to show students to their dorms. There was few in the Ranger Order academy for so many students.

“I guess we are roommates huh little brother.” Maxwell “Max” Hannigan smiled at his brother as he put his stuff the bed he wanted.

“I know, We could be Rangers. How cool is that.” Nicholas “Nick” Hannigan replied to his brother. He was a little annoyed his brother just took the bed he wanted, But it was his older brother. He wasn’t going to argue with him.

“Yeah. Did you see who some of the ranger masters were? That Timmy or whatever he said his name was, I use to watch him on the news as a kid. The green ranger was awesome. The way he use to play that tune in his dagger was wicked.” Max replied a little exited at the idea of meeting him.

“That Andros is better though.” Nick replied.

“Thinking like that is why you’re the little brother.” Max laughed.

“Oh whatever. I hope get chosen to be the rangers though.” Nick told him.

“If we do, I better be the red one. The red is the leader and as we both know I was born to lead.” Max said confidently.

“Sure. You are.” Nick replied sarcastically.

The Hannigan brothers were both from earth. England to be exact. Their parents had died when they were younger and Max had helped to raise his little brother. Out of the two of them Nick was the more sensitive of the two while Max was more cocky. They had both grown up studying martial arts and were both very good with Max been the better of the two. But that was Max, he had to be the best at everything he did.

Elsewhere another Alpha 1 showed two other students to their rooms. Unlike the Hannigan brothers these two had never met before and were both from two completely different worlds. The only thing they had in common were the fact they were female.

“Hi, I’m Jamasss.” Jamas Zuto smiled offering her hand to her roommate. Jamas Zuto was a Rednan from the planet Redna 2. Rednan’s were part human part reptilian in looks. Their face and body looking human but their eyes, teeth and tongue were reptilian looking.

“Tell you what, Jamas. Keep out my way and we’ll get on just fine.” Torres Lien replied. Torres Lien was a Tarmacian like Queen Quinzel. She had the same lumps just above her eyebrow and black almost tribal looking tattoos on her forehead and the same long black hair.

were hostile by nature but loyal to the queen. However Torres surprisingly hates the queen. Though it is understandable when you know the Queen killed her father to take control of his land. However she was still very hostile.

“Oh yeah, thisss will be fun.” Jamas said her under her breath as she started to unpack her bags.

“Listen up there Lizard breath. If you have something to say, say it. Just be warned. Choose your words carefully as they may be your last.” Torres spoke looking at her roommate. Her face was look of anger. Jamas was scared knowing what a Tarmacian was like in combat.
