Ep.1 Rise of the Nature Force Part. 1

In the year 2000 when everything was peaceful and settled on the Earth, a strange U.F.O. crashed on the Earth near African Island of Madagascar. Every animal, every bird, every leaf shook and became aware of the strange presence. The UFO seemed to be dead and lifeless when the door suddenly flew open followed by an inhuman scream. A tall, hooded figure with dark blue robes ran out of it. He had the most light-coloured skin ever seen, a mouth open in scream and eyes wide with fear. He looked human but wasn’t yet was the taller than all the humans. He carried a flask in his hands. His knuckles were white as the salt and his hands and arms bruised. He had been on a runaway from many years missing from his own planet. As he scrambled away from the spaceship, a light red coloured laser dropped from the heavens onto the spaceship as the spaceship exploded before Drinian’s eyes. Drinian turned around and started running away from the clearing and deep into the forest with a flask containing a florescent fluid. Behind him, a monstrous figure with long black robes appeared from a cloud of smoke and started to follow him with a laser gun. As Drinian ran stumbling through the branches and twigs, the figure closed him in. Then before the figure could shoot him, a surge of energy ran through Drinian as he transformed into a light ball and swept away from the forest.
Away from the forest in England lived two brothers and a sister in Manchester who loved each other dearly. The two youngsters were encouraging their eldest brother, Wally in the skateboarding competition. Wally did the last trick good enough to shock the judges. Shayera and Clark came running towards him as he received the prize cup. “You did it, bro, congrats, I knew you could do it,” said Clark as Shayera ran into the arms of her brother. Wally smiled weakly, tired after the competition, as he held his sister tight in embrace. He was the eldest of the three, a handsome lad of 19 with blonde hair. He had a strong and tall built and was very loving and caring. “Congratulations,” said Shayera, a tall, slim girl of 14 with brown, wavy hair. Wally loved her dearly. She was his favourite. “Come on, Wall, let’s celebrate.” Clark said punching him playfully. He was a lad of 16, very handsome and fair. He looked matured but was childish but caring and loving. “Congratulations, Wally,” rang a voice from behind them. As Wally swirled back, he saw Diana behind him. He blushed and hesitantly said, “Oh, hi Diana!” She was his classmate in his college. He liked her, so did she. They shook hands. “You can join us in too,” said Shayera. “Sure,” said Diana winking at her. She had been their close friend from many years.
As they moved towards the outskirts of the city and towards their house called Sunset on the border of Lancaster, a light ball crashing to the ground caught their eye. Diana looked towards them. “Come on, guys! Let’s take a look,” She said sprinting in the direction of the light out of curiosity. As they followed her, they found Drinian standing there cursing someone in an unknown language. As they went towards him, he turned showing his face. Shayera screamed at the instant as Drinian panted and whisked towards her to shut her mouth. “Don’t shout, please, I mean you no harm,” he whispered in her ear.
“Who are you?” asked Diana.
“I am Drinian and I am from Andromeda galaxy.”
“What do you want?” said Wally getting alert. “Don’t worry. I was chased here by Lethein, a universal criminal and a dangerous being. He wants this”, he said taking out the flask. “What’s that?” Clark asked out of curiosity. “This is a very powerful fluid. It can bring alive anyone or may I say, resurrect anyone. If Lethein gets this, he will use this to destroy the galaxy.”
Just as he said this, a flash appeared out of nowhere and landed just behind them. Lethein appeared as the dust settled down. Drinian shoved the other four behind and urged forward. The four watched as Drinian fought Lethein. Then suddenly, Lethein hit Drinian and snatched the flask out of his hand. “This goes to the dinosaurs now.”
“No!” Wally shouted as he ran to snatch the flask but it was too late. Lethein vanished before Wally could reach the spot. The other three ran to pick Drinian up. He was badly injured. They took him to their house and nursed him.
When he woke up almost after a span of two days, he said to the four, “Thank you friends for looking after me. As you can see we all have a serious problem on our heads.” “Our?” asked Wally practically. “Yes. Take this.” He opened him bag which lay beside him and took out from it four strange gadgets.
As the four humans watched them in awe with open mouths, Drinian handed the cyber chips to them. He gave Wally a red tinged one and blue and yellow tinged to Shayera and Clark respectively while a pink one to Diana. Just as they touched them, the humans felt a surge of energy run through them. Wally felt himself being left loose, Shayera felt an odd. Clark felt himself begin to get hot as his body temperature rose. Diana felt her soul wanting to fly out of her as her mind’s roots spread around. “Friends, these are the morphers and you are the Power Rangers.” Clark who had heard about it said, “Wow! So are we like the Mighty Morphin rangers? How did you get these? What should we call ourselves? Please tell me.” The others who got some knowledge from Clark’s reference to Power rangers Mighty Morphin were themselves very curious by now.
“Yes. I am Drinian, the brother of Zordan who founded the Mighty Morphin. You are Power Rangers Nature Rescue, which is what you may call yourselves if I am right about Lethein’s intensions. He will resurrect the dinosaurs. You are to morph into your suits by saying, ‘”NATURE RESCUE POWER UP!’. “Yeah!” exclaimed Shayera. Suddenly an alert rang from their morphers as they started to put them away into their cases. “Lethein’s in town.” sighed Drinian. The Rangers looked at each other nervously.

Ep.2 Rise of the Nature Force Part. 2

“Go Rangers,” said Drinian as they stared at him. The rangers at once understood and ran out to go to the city. “But how do we reach there so fast?” asked Shayera and everyone realized that it really was a problem. “We can take my car.”, said Diana. “Alright”, said Wally. They drove Diana’s car to the town where people ran helter-skelter to save their lives from a group of horrible looking monsters. They had heads that had helmets-sort of things through which they could shoot the lasers through an opening. They had a robotic built, strong but lean. They had deadly, venomous sticks in their hands that contained a sticky fluid that shot out their commands.
“Oh my!” exclaimed Shayera as she observed this, “They look so horrible!” As Lethein felt their presence, he turned to them. “Oh rangers, I was expecting you. Meet my soldiers, the Kridiours.” “What’s going on Lethein? What do you want?” asked Wally. “Attack”, Lethein shouted in response to Wally’s question and as a command to the Kridiours. Wally urged forward as a Kridiour aimed a kick towards him and went from beneath the Kridiour’s hand. Shayera and Diana double-teamed to crash a group of Kridiours to ground. “Good work”, Shayera said to Diana as they clapped each other’s hands after banging about five Kridiours to ground. Clark ran into a bunch of Kridiours and downed a couple but the rest downed him to ground. A bunch of Kridiours banged Wally to ground. Some Kridiours grabbed Shayera and Diana and banged them to ground. A Kridiour aimed at Shayera his weapon and shot. “Aaaargghhh!” exclaimed Shayera as the laser hit her on the torso. Diana and Clark ran to Shayera while Wally said, “Hawk claws!” In an instant two claw-like weapons appeared on his fists. “You’ll pay for this.” said Wally as he urged himself towards the Kridiours and drowned them.
Then he turned towards Lethein and said, “It’s you next.” But as he ran towards Lethein, Lethein disappeared in a cloud of smoke.
“Aargh!” Shayera was breathing hard. The rangers unmorphed according to Clark’s instructions. “Let’s take her to Drinian.” suggested Diana. They all agreed and took Shayera to Drinian. Drinian watched her carefully and then said that she would be alright within a day or two. Wally burst with temper and said that he had had enough of this stuff. He said he wasn’t going to sacrifice his family to save the world. Diana put her hand on Wally’s shoulder and asked him to calm down. Then she very calmly asked Drinian to look after her as the others took to their normal lives until the next alarm.
Back in Shayera’s college, a classmate of hers called Bruce felt her absence very strange. He liked her secretly and cared for her. One day he visited their house and saw Shayera lying asleep and a strange creature sitting at her bedside muttering something in an unknown language. As Drinian felt Bruce coming, he turned back. In an instant, Bruce came to know that the being wasn’t human. He rushed to hit him but Drinian dodged him at the right moment. A loud commotion started and Shayera woke up.
“What’s going on?” she asked looking surprised. “Ah! You are awake”, said Drinian “a friend of yours has come to meet you.” He gave way to Bruce as he said this. Shayera was rather surprised at seeing Bruce there. “Who is this creature? Do you know him?” asked Bruce. “Yes I do”, Shayera replied calmly” He is Drinian and he is from the Andromeda galaxy. He’s helping us to defeat Lethein.” Then she recited the entire story to him with all his interrogations.
After hearing the whole story and having all the doubts cleared, Bruce apologized to Drinian and Drinian forgave him. “Oh, I am so sorry for the whole situation. Can I help you in any way?” Bruce inquired. “I don’t know how you can, but if you are a computer genius or something, I may say that you may be of some use to us,” said Drinian. “Yeah, then I can help. My parents are secret agents and I have been learning their sort of computer knowledge and know much of it,” said Bruce.
Back in the college where the other three were learning, they got an alert that a monster had appeared in the city. They all came to the spot and found Shayera fit and fighting with the monster. They came to her side as the monster threw her to the ground. “Man! Now this is certainly a bad mess!” exclaimed Clark. “I am Gwarren”, said the monster, “and I am going to bring you down.” He lunged forward with his tail swinging and hit the rangers with his tail. As the rangers fell, Gwarren held Diana by her arm and asked her where Drinian was but she refused to tell him. Just as the other rangers ran to rescue Diana, a laser hit them back to ground and Lethein appeared and stood between them and Gwarren. “Rangers, tell me where Drinian is and bring him to me or this cute girl will be gone forever”, he hissed in his high-pitched voice. “Don’t you dare to har...”Wally broke in his sentence as he saw the flask in Lethein’s grasp. He ran to snatch the flask as the other rangers ran to rescue Diana. After rescuing Diana, they all joined Wally in snatching the flask. Amidst the confusion, Lethein vanished with his monster but accidentally dropped the flask. The rangers were very happy and brought back the flask.
As Drinian stared at the flask, Clark said, “So now that we have the flask, there’s no chance of Lethein resurrecting the dinosaurs, right?” “I’m afraid not. He has already used the fluid and resurrected some of the dinosaurs.” Just then, Gwarren appeared in the city and the rangers battled him. They were nearly powerless in front of his new built.
Drinian and Bruce watched the rangers in a mysterious screen. As Bruce saw them fall, he asked Drinian if there was a way by which he could help them. In reply, Drinian drew out a green chip and handed it to Bruce. As Bruce hesitated to take it, Drinian said, “Your friends need your help. Go, the green ranger.” Inspired by Drinian’s words, Bruce sprinted towards the city as he found out his new powers of super-speed.
In the city as Gwarren walked towards the fallen rangers, Bruce struck him with his laser. “Surprise!” he called out. The other rangers quickly recognized him as Bruce and went to his help. Together they had beaten him to ground when the ground shook and a large robot appeared with an ugly face. Gwarren smiled wickedly and jumped into the zord. “What do we do now?” asked Bruce. “Drinian, we need help,” reported Wally. “Rangers, retreat here,” spoke Drinian. Therefore, they retreated to their house where, outside their house, they found a large opening in the ground supported by steel doors. “I didn’t know our house had a basement,” said Wally curiously. So they all started descending the staircase. When they reached at the bottom they found Drinian in a fully equipped laboratory. As they started to interrogate him about the lab, he said, “You may clear your doubts later. First, we need to solve this BIG problem. These are your zords,” he said as he showed them a number of strange, large vehicles standing in a basement deeper than the one they were in, “Wally, you will drive the Red Hawk-racer. Shayera, you will take the Blue Dolphin-racer and Clark, the Yellow Lion-racer is your responsibility. Bruce, you will take the Green elephant-racer and Diana, the Pink Tiger-racer is all yours. Go rangers and win!”
The rangers drove their zords and reached the city where Gwarren was destroying the city. “We need to stop this. I can take it no longer,” said Diana as she drove the Tiger-racer and pushed Gwarren before he could stamp a building. The others followed Diana and did the same. When Gwarren fell to ground, the rangers stood with their zords in a circle around Gwarren. “Come on, rangers, let’s crush this monster”, said Bruce and the others agreed. “Scream laser,” they all cried in union and large, powerful lasers shot from the mouths of their zords and hit Gwarren’s zord.
As his zord exploded, Gwarren fell to ground. The rangers leaped out from their own zords, they were surprised to find them disappear. They proceeded towards the fallen monster. Just then, Wally’s morpher rang with Drinian’s voice, “Rangers, you need to capture him. I am sending you a weapon that will help you to do so.” A network of short lasers spread out from Wally’s morpher screen and the gun appeared. “Unite your weapons with this to capture the monster,” instructed Drinian. Therefore, they did join the Hawk claws, Dolphin fins, Lion canines, Elephant crane and the Tiger saber. Then they pointed their new combined weapon towards the monster and stood in union. “Ready?” asked Wally. “Ready,” the rangers agreed. “Fire,” they cried in union and fired the laser. It hit the monster and surrounded him with smoke. When the smoke vanished, the rangers found a small crystalline ball of Gwarren’s colour. They all guessed that it was him himself and carried the crystal back to their lab and handed it to Drinian. “Dude the laser was fantastic!” said Bruce to Drinian. Drinian bowed in reply. Then they all praised his weaponry and thanked him for his help. “I think we should celebrate,” said Clark. “Yes, we may. But remember rangers, our problems will rise more and we’ll need to sacrifice our strength.” “I know that, and I am ready for it. Guys?” said Wally keeping his hand in front. They all placed their hands on his and looked at Drinian. “Ok. I’m in,” he said laying his enormous hand on their hands and they all cheered up.

Ep.3 Assistance and Betrayal Part. 1

The next day, everyone was cheerful and happy about the success of last evening. Wally attended all his subjects and Diana’s concentration had increased. Shayera felt her lessons easy to understand and Clark was sincere. Bruce was especially happy because he always wanted to be useful to the whole world and that is what he had got; he was a power ranger. In the lunchtime, all the five teens met at the Cafeteria. They then told each other about the wonderful changes in their behaviours. “We must give its credit to Drinian”, suggested Bruce. “I think Bruce’s right,” agreed Clark as he brought soft drinks and hamburgers for the group. They sat at a table in the far corner of the Café. Clark was the last to come as he carried the tray of their food.
As he slided on the smooth, marble floor, he missed the water on the floor and was about to fall when Wally ran to save him. As he stretched his hands to reach his brother from a distance, they stretched like rubber and caught both Clark and the tray from falling over. “Dude! How did you do that?” asked Clark. “I don’t know”, answered Wally. As they settled on the table talking about Wally’s powers, Clark picked up his hamburger.
“Oh fish, these hamburgers are always so cold. I wish I could heat them up like this”, he said snapping his fingers. As he snapped his fingers at the hamburgers, jets of fire shot at the hamburgers. “Uh oh,” said Clark hastily as he gained control over the jets of fire. “Wow, how did I do this?” he asked his companions in wonder as they stared at him, their mouths open in wonder. “I get it!” exclaimed Shayera, “This is because of the chips that Drinian gave us. According to Clark’s power rangers series, the rangers obtain their special powers when they accept the morphers or something like that, don’t they?” she asked Clark.
“Yeah, and they can use these powers to defeat the monsters and also to help others when in the unmorphed form.” said Clark. “Wonderful, now we can help the world!” said Bruce jumping off his seat. “Don’t be so excited. We can’t tell anyone that we are power rangers. I don’t think people will be pleased to know that we have powers as such” Wally said looking at his hands “given to us by an alien.” The others agreed with him.
After a long silence, Shayera asked, “But what are my powers?” and Diana and Bruce realised that they did not their own powers. “We may better ask Drinian about this”, suggested Diana.
After going home, Bruce and Diana came over to Sunset and they discussed their powers with Drinian. “Yes rangers, your powers are obtained from the chips. Shayera, try thinking that you are invisible.” said Drinian. Shayera felt a little confused but did as instructed and found the others looking for her everywhere asking questions such as ‘Where did she go?’, ‘Is she invisible?’ until Wally called, “Where are you, Shayera?” “Why! I am standing right in front of you.” came Shayera’s voice as she became visible again. “Wow, cool!” she said.
“Me next”, called out Diana as she went near Drinian. “You are able to control other’s minds as well as to peep into them.” said Drinian. The rangers felt shocked. “Try me,” assured Wally. And try she did and she was inside Wally’s mind. She could see him in the skateboarding competition just as if it were real. She resigned from his mind. “You do really good skateboarding,” she told Wally as Wally blushed.
“What about me?” asked Bruce. “I can’t do anything.” He said stamped his feet. In an instant he was floating between the ceiling and the floor. “Ah, yes! You can fly.” said Drinian calmly. “Wow, this is so cool” said Bruce.
Shayera gave a small smile as she repressed the laugh. Bruce noticed Shayera suppress a laugh and blushed. At that moment the lab filled with red alert as Drinian said, “A monster’s in the city. Go rangers!” “Come on, rangers”, said as he led to the city.
In the city, they saw the Kridiours ravaging the city stores. The people were caught by the Kridiours as they shouted for help. Then the Kridiours took the people to a monster which stood nearby. The monster had a big sheet of paper with him that looked like a painting sheet. He had a cherry red cap on his head and a long staff looking like a paint brush. He had an arm loose which looked as if it was made of rubber. The monster caught the people with his rubber arm and hit them with a laser from his cap. In an instant the people were transformed into a light ball that got attached to the paper and there formed live paintings of people.
“Hey you!” said Bruce, “Stop this right now.”
“How dare you say that? I’m Volzeg, the master painter of the universe and now all will bend before my art.”
Bruce felt himself getting enraged. He jumped and aimed a kick at the monster which was stopped by a mob of Kridiours. “Come on!” said Shayera as they went to help Bruce. Shayera decided to test her new powers and became invisible. After she came to know that she was invisible, she ran into the mob of Kridiours and started to make them fall by tackling them.
Wally started the same. He stretched out his hand like rubber over a distance and wiped it close to the ground and from below the feet of the Kridiours. The Kridiours blew lasers at Wally as they fell but even Wally was surprised to see that he could now dodge their lasers just by weaving his body into any shape.
“Now you are gone, dudes!” cried Clark as he transformed into a fire ball and shot in the direction of the Kridiours. The Kridiours crumpled into a mass of dust as they were burnt down by the severe heat of Clark.
Diana closed her eyes and found her feet take off the ground. As the Kridiours watched in confusion, Diana focused her full concentration on the Kridiours and she could hear their horrible cries as she pierced into their ugly minds and made their hearts stop beating.
Bruce flew in the air and gave the Kridiours falls by his surprise kicks and shots of his laser.
Suddenly, all the rangers felt their powers go aright as Shayera became visible again, Wally’s stretched hands were forced back to their original size as they whipped past the other rangers and hit Wally on the face, Bruce felt the gravitational pull of the earth as he fell to the ground, Clark ceased to be a fire ball and crashed down on his face and Diana felt her mind being overpowered by the minds of the Kridiours. She fell to the ground, feeling suffocated.
“Let’s go Kridiours, we have many great paintings to make”, laughed Volzeg, “Then we will return to the rangers. Till then,” he said making faces and teasing the rangers, “let these pussies train themselves. Right now you’re no match for me.” Enraged, Wally and Clark got up to fight the monster but he vanished into a curtain of smoke.
“Aaargh!”, roared Bruce punching the ground, “how did this happen? Why did our powers betray us? We lost to the monster.” “Maybe we should go to Drinian and ask him whether he can heal us,” suggested Diana, eyeing Clark in his burnt clothes and scratched face.
When they came back to the basement, Drinian’s voice rang from one of the chambers as he came to know of their arrival, “Welcome rangers, welcome back. I have thought a name for our lair – Nature Realm. I have also finished with some Megazord upd…..” Drinian seemed cheerful and happy which clearly suggested that he hadn’t been notified of the mess at the fight but when he saw the rangers in their injured condition, all his happiness drained into his original seriousness. He took them to a chamber in the basement which he opened with a hand-print security code machine. Inside, the rangers found a number of retorts and test tubes. Drinian took them to a sofa and seated them there. Then he disappeared among the glass instruments and returned with a fluid. He asked them to pour it on their wounds. As the rangers bathed their wounds with the fluid, the injuries disappeared as though patches of dust. Once the rangers had finished treating themselves, Drinian asked for an account of the fight that had led them to their recent condition. The rangers recited the story exactly with the use of their powers, defeat of the Kridiours and their betrayal by their powers. Drinian heard the story carefully and shook his head sadly. “Your powers are still at a primitive stage. You need to practice them a lot before you can use them in another battle. So may I ask you youngsters if you may come to the training session every afternoon at three?” When the rangers agreed, they all got up and went to the simulation chamber where Drinian made holograms of Kridiours for them to practise their powers.

Ep.4 Assistance and Betrayal Part.2

As they fought the holograms of the Kridiours, Drinian supervised them with their powers so that they wouldn’t fail again. They controlled their powers very well in the simulation training such that Drinian doubted that they had problems with their powers in the fight with Volzeg. He gave the rangers special uniforms, “These suits are made from special materials which would not be affected by heat, stretch and invisibility. In fact, these will support your genetic powers.” He looked from Clark and Wally to Shayera.
After they changed into their uniforms, the alerts reported that Volzeg had reappeared in the city near the sea-side. The rangers ran to the sea-side their only vehicle-Diana’s car.
When they reached the sea-side, Volzeg had already caught a number of victims. When he saw the rangers, he gave out a laugh. The laugh reminded Wally of their insult that Volzeg had done in their earlier encounter with him. A huge wave of anger swelled up inside Wally and he rushed towards Volzeg, tackling the Kridiours in the way. The other rangers also followed the example and helped Wally by fighting the Kridiours that tried to reach out for him.
Clark had no trouble to light up in his new uniform. He converted into a fire ball and asked Bruce to lend him a hand. Bruce joined hands with Clark, rotated twice and then let go of Clark in the Kridiours’s direction.
Shayera became invisible easily in her new fabric and dashed many Kridiours to ground. She occasionally peeked behind Bruce to lend him a hand.
Diana floated in the air high above the reaches of the Kridiours. She opened her minds and entered the minds of the Kridiours, dozen at a time. Soon there was a heap of Kridiours lying dead in a crumpled heap.
Meanwhile, Wally battled Volzeg alone with his mind full of anger. He had managed to dash Volzeg to ground a dozen of times before the fight started against him. Soon Volzeg was hard over him and he severed a volley of knocks and falls.
At last, when Volzeg was almost over Wally, the others joined him, having routed the entire army of Kridiours. They attacked Volzeg with a fresh vigour. Shayera and Bruce went forward to blow off Volzeg as Clark and Diana helped Wally to his feet. Shayera wiped her leg from under Volzeg’s feet as Bruce hit him with a series of air-kicks, sending him crashing to the ground. Then they all united in a straight line as Volzeg gathered himself. “Ready?” asked Wally clinging to his chip. “Ready!” answered the rangers from their cases and then inserted them into their hand gears. Then they swung their hands and called out, “Nature Rescue, Power Up!” Instantly, they were transformed into their ranger suits.
“Yeah!” said Clark as they attacked Volzeg. “Come on!” called out Volzeg as he ran in their direction. The rangers surrounded him and attacked him with a series of random hand-knocks and kicks. Volzeg defended himself well with his rubber arm and protected the sheet of paper with his other hand. In an attack, Clark managed to snatch the sheet out of his clasp. “I got it”, he said waving the sheet. We can finish him now.” Unfortunately, Volzeg said, “Not so fast. I have a plan B.” He revolved his staff around his body with accurate flexibility and enlarged himself to the size of a seven-storied building. “Oh no, we need our zords”, said Wally into his morpher. “They are already sent”, replied Drinian’s voice.
“Yeah, there they are!”, exclaimed Shayera as she saw them approaching. They all jumped into their zords and started to attack Volzeg but he was too swift for their zords. He hit the Red Hawk with a flip of his rubber arm and the Blue Dolphin with a laser from his cap. The caught the Elephant’ crane and swung him around and dropped him on the Lion. As Diana proceeded with the Tiger, Volzeg hit the zord on the chest and then threw it on the heap of the Dolphin and Lion. “Aargh! He’s too strong. We can’t defeat him”, complained Clark. “Rangers, combine your zords to form the Nature Megazord”, came Drinian’s reply. “Yeah, let’s do it, rangers,” said Wally and they called out, “Nature Zords, combine……Nature Megazord!”
Once in the Megazord, they hit Volzeg with the Dolphin fins on its one arm and Elephant crane on the other and were surprised to find their attacks effective. Volzeg’s zord fell down. “Scream laser! ……Fire!” The laser destroyed Volzeg’s zord and he was thrown to the ground.
“Let’s combine our weapons! ……Nature Blastine……Fire!”, they all cried out and the laser fired hit Volzeg and captured him in a red crystal ball. “Yeah!” they all cheered and clapped each other’s hands.

Ep.5 Arrival of the Purple

Lethein was getting impatient and angry as his monsters failed, one by one, to destroy the Power Rangers. “I wish I could get a worthy general.” Just then, footsteps startled Lethein as he saw a tall girl enter his cabin. She looked beautiful with copper hair, wide, slitted, purple eyes, a strong but slim built and walked with indefinite pride and alertness. Anyhow, she couldn’t be mistaken for anybody else but of noble blood. “Who are you? What brings you here?” asked Lethein getting ready for a fight, if need be. “I am Striasca, the princess of Vrinfrael in the Nebulas galaxy. I heard you need a general. I will assist you to destroy the Power rangers. I have my own revenge from Drinian. But when the earth is ours for the taking, I shall take one third of the share without your interference. Agreed?” Striasca raised a brow at Lethein. Lethein acknowledged her courage, strength and magnificence and nodded in agreement. “Okay, then, let the pact be sealed. We shall start the invasions shortly but first, meet my companions.” She took out a small, jewelled box and opened it. Instantaneously, eight monsters appeared, strong and terrifying, ready to do Striasca’s bidding. One by one, she introduced her companions to Lethein as Lethein laughed wickedly.
“Hey guys, look at this”, called out Clark. The atmosphere was pretty calm with the disappearance of the monsters and ceased raids. The rangers had settled with their normal lives. Clark had bought a new Power Ranger game CD and was showing it off to his friends while they sat in the cafeteria. “I bought this yesterday. This is an excellent game CD and it has all information about the training we need. I am going to be the best ranger here with this CD,” he said rotating the CD in his hand, “and you guys are just gonna stare at me. And I am not going to give this to you guys till you plead me like-‘Please, Clark’, ‘Please, our dear friend’…”he said making faces of pity and sympathy to the others.
Shayera quickly disappeared and sneaked upto Clark. She whisked the CD out of his hand and went to stand by Bruce’s side as she reappeared. “Hey, what the…?” started Clark as the CD went out of his hand. He saw Shayera holding it next to Bruce. “I guess this is ours now”, said Shayera smiling pitifully at Clark. “Give me my CD back.” roared Clark.
Just then the ground shook and their morphers gave alerts. “Play time is over. Let’s go.” said Wally looking at Shayera, Bruce and Clark.
Drinian was working on the city scanner for signs of more invasions but, instead, picked some odd signals. The signals indicated power but they were neither alien power nor ranger power. Drinian quickly went to investigate further and found out that the signals were of a girl and a boy, both of whom were found to be the descendants of the ancient legacy of ninjas. He quickly teleported the two teens to the Nature Realm. The teens looked rather surprised and shocked at their arrival at the lair but they soon took to their fighting stance.
Drinian relaxed them and introduced himself to them. Then they introduced themselves to him as Manasi and Ishaan, in return. Manasi was the elder cousin of Ishaan and looked beautiful with her tall height, jet black eyes, curly hair, a cunning smile that stretched across her face and a strong look. Ishaan was a rather messy person with shoulder length hair, wide eyes, strong built, and a studious and smart look on his face. Drinian learned that they were extremely talented students. Manasi was an excellent fighter and Ishaan was a computer genius.
Drinian explained them the situation and asked whether he could, by any chance, gain the ninjas as their allies in their battle against Lethein. Manasi told Drinian that the ninjas would like to help them and she would request their Senseis about Drinian’s offer. She assured him that the ninjas would not reject it. She told Drinian that they could help him with their work against Lethein. Drinian was pleased to hear the offer and asked them to demonstrate their powers to him so that he could give them a task. “No thanks. I would prefer to stay here and help you, that is, if you don’t mind”, said Ishaan. “Okay, Ishaan. I would love some help here.” Drinian smiled at him. Then he proceeded to give Manasi a chip-cum-morpher. It was a purple-tinged one. Just as Manasi touched it, she felt her ninja powers grow and felt her surrounding become duller as a bright light shined around her.
As the rangers reached the library, they found Striasca and a monster destroying the surroundings. “Hey, who are you? What do you want?” asked Bruce. “I am Striasca, princess of Vrinfrael in the Nebulas galaxy and this is Fracxen.” “Princess or not, you have no right to destroy our planet”, said Diana, enraged. “Oh, really? Then try to stop me.” She ran towards the rangers with atonable speed and hit them all with slashes from her staff. They fell to the ground. “Drinian, we need help.” Wally called out in his morpher. “I’m sending help.” was Drinian’s reply. In an instant a light appeared in front of the rangers and Manasi appeared in front of the rangers.
Manasi ran towards Striasca with incredible speed and knocked her down. Then she went back to the rangers and helped them up. “Who are you?” asked Shayera. “I’ll explain you later”, said Manasi glancing at Striasca who was already on her feet, “Get ready, rangers…… Nature Rescue, Power Up!” Instantly, Manasi became the purple ranger. She ran towards Striasca and Fracxen with her sword and slashed them with it. Then she told the rangers, “Combine your weapons.” “Yeah. Nature Blastine………Fire!”, said the rangers as they combined their weapons and fired at their enemies. Striasca leaped over Fracxen’s head and disappeared, leaving Fracxen alone to take the blow. When the smoke vanished, the ranger took the green ball of Fracxen to their lair. Once there, Shayera asked Manasi, “Now tell us, who are you?”
“I am Manasi and he is Ishaan. We are students of Sensei Clark, Hanson and Brooks of the Secret Ninja Academy. Drinian asked us to help you.”
“Well……Welcome to our team. But what about Ishaan? Isn’t he a power ranger too?” asked Wally. “No, I prefer to help Drinian here.” said Ishaan instantly.
“Okay. So, Manasi, tell us about your powers. That glow around you was awesome. How did you do that?” interrogated Wally. “Yeah, go on.” said the other four rangers as Shayera took seat beside Manasi and Bruce shook hands with Ishaan.


Ep.6 Acquaintance with the History

The bell rang loudly as the teenagers rushed out of their classes. Wally, Shayera, Clark proceeded towards the cafe’s seats while Diana and Bruce went to the Principal’s office. Diana wanted the permission to use some of the things in the college laboratory and Bruce accompanied her. Manasi and Ishaan were waiting for the rangers on a table for seven people in the far end of the café. They, on the rangers’s demand, were going to show them around in the town of Blue Bay Harbour and the rangers were pretty excited about it.
“We are from India. It’s a beautiful country and a very ancient one. I and Ishaan, too, love Power Rangers. We had just come for a holiday tour with our families in our summer vacation four years ago. We were having a tour around town when we saw a van identical to the one’s shown in Ninja Storm,” Manasi told them,
“We thought there was a film shooting going on in the forest and we asked our parents if we could go for a trip there. But in the forest, we were attacked by Kalzacs and I and Ishaan were nearly kidnapped by them when the ninja rangers appeared and helped us out.
“Our parents were nowhere to be found so we accompanied the rangers to the Secret Ninja Academy where we trained as ninjas. After all the training, the Secret Ninja Academy was suddenly raided by Lothor and the rangers fought him and sent him to the Abyss of Evil. The rangers were made the Sensei and we were now being trained by them when Drinian brought us here.”
“So, you never returned to your parents?” inquired Shayera. “No, we did. The rangers, after our enrolment to the academy, themselves came to escort us. They told our parents that they were our friends and will show us around the town and hence will take us out everyday at 4pm.” “What’s the academy like?” asked Clark. “It’s too beautiful.” answered Manasi. “Wow! Can we see it?” “Unfortunately, no”, answered Manasi shaking her head, “the academy’s location is to be kept a secret. But I can meet you with many of our friends.” “Let’s go, then! What are we waiting for?” said Clark excitedly. “Okay, then, let’s go.” said Ishaan and they let the rangers out to the town.
They soon arrived at a sports store in the town where Manasi led them in. “This is Storm Chargers”, said Manasi to the rangers. “Hey Manasi, I see you have brought your friends.” came a voice from behind. “Oh, and this is Kelly, owner of the store and a good boss.” introduced Manasi. Just then, the door bell rang and Shane, Tori, Dustin, Hunter and Blake entered the store. “Hello”, said Dustin on seeing Manasi and Ishaan. “Hello Dustin,” Manasi bowed gently to their Sensei as was the tradition so that it wouldn’t arise any suspicions. The three Wind Rangers bowed slightly in return. In a quick moment, Clark could see Manasi mouth ‘sorry’ to Dustin. He at once understood that the three were the Sensei. “Hello there”, Shane said to the rangers. “Excuse me.” Tori took Manasi and Ishaan aside and asked her, “Is that a morpher? Are you rangers? Are your friends rangers too?” “No, Sensei, I am a ranger; Ishaan isn’t. The others are rangers too. They are called the Nature Rescue.” “Explain us the full story later.” nudged Tori as they returned to the group.
Just then the morphers rang. Wally answered almost in a whisper, “What is it, Drinian?” “Rangers, a monster is at the Blue Bay Harbour. Striasca’s with him too.” “On our way”, answered Wally as he backed to the group and begged pardon. Then they left the shop and went to a deserted corner and, “Nature Rescue, Power Up!” they morphed. Then Shayera took out her morpher and tracked the monster near the gathering hall. He was an ugly monster with a car-like look. He had a tyre on his head, legs, huge head-lights for eyes and a mouth that sounded so horrible that it could crash people to ground.
The monster said, “I am Frerarrister. You can’t defeat me.” He ran towards the rangers but the rangers dispersed to save themselves from the blow. Then they attacked the monster from different directions but the monster was too fast for them. He jumped away from the circle and the rangers hit the ranger in front of them and fell to ground. Then Frerarrister proceeded towards the rangers as they stood up and hit them to ground. As he was about to fire lasers, five streaks came out of nowhere and hit Frerarrister randomly, hitting him to ground. When the streaks became still, they revealed themselves as Manasi’s friends that she had introduced at Storm Chargers. Ishaan was with them, too. But they weren’t in the civil dresses now but their ninja uniforms. Tori gestured to Manasi and Manasi went to her side and unmorphed. Together, they called out their ninja powers and hit the monster to ground.
“I’m not done yet.” said Frerarrister as he jumped into a zord that had appeared. “Rangers, call your zords”, said Manasi as she helped the rangers up. Then she spoke in her morpher, “Drinian, any zord for me?” “Yes, you wield the Purple Deer-racer. It’s on the way.” Then the rangers jumped into their zords and attacked the monster but, just as before, proved too fast for them. Manasi, with the speed of the deer, was only able to hit the monster once. A voice rang in the rangers’s heads, “Rangers, combine your nature Megazord with the Deer.” They recognised it as Dustin’s and immediately Wally gave the command, “Nature Megazord and Deer, combine!” And combine did they do. “Nature hyper Megazord!” the rangers called out. Instantly, the Deer formed the leg part of the Megazord.
The Wind and Thunder rangers watched the Nature Rescue rangers. “Hey! It was never that easy for our Megazords to combine. We had to summon the mini zord”, joked Hunter. Tori looked at him with a raised brow and an interrogating expression.
The Megazord could now run as fast as the monster. Soon they caught up with him and blasted him off. When the rangers came out of the zords, they found his crystal. The Wind rangers stood nearby.
“Guys, who are you and how could you do that?” asked Bruce. “Oh haven’t you realized yet? They are the power rangers, the rangers Manasi told us about.” bluttered out Clark. The Ninja and thunder rangers looked surprised at Clark’s declaration. “How can you tell that?” asked Blake eyeing Clark. “That’s easy. In the store, Manasi bent to you and she said sorry to Dustin because she had called him by his very name which is an insult to a Sensei.” “Your study about the ninjas is really good.” said Tori, looking impressed. Then she asked Manasi, “Now, tell me the whole story and how you became a ranger.”
“Sure. It goes like this. I and Ishaan were at a café near their college when we were teleported by Drinian, brother of Zordan and the former of Nature Rescue, to the Nature Realm. That’s what they call their headquarters. He explained the situation which is that he’s followed by an inter-galactic monster called Lethein who poses to be as strong as Lothor. He’s asked if the ninjas will help him against Lethein,” she looked at her Sensei and looked relieved when they nodded in agreement, “He made me the Purple ranger when the rangers needed help and here I am.” she said completing the story. “Okay, so new rangers. Ummmm…welcome here. You may call us by our names. Same goes for you, Manasi and Ishaan. In the academy, we are your Senseis but outside the Secret Ninja Academy, we are your friends. So…will you like to have a tour around our small town?” “Yeah”, said Wally. “Sure”, said Diana over Wally’s voice as they proceeded towards Tori’s van.
