Just something I whipped up this week out of seemingly inspiration from watching this awesome fan-made trailer, even though the fic has nothing to do with it - http://au.youtube.com/watch?v=2cyocJMtTkU&feature=related.
I guess it was just the whole mood the whole trailer set that inspired me. That, and a discussion me and my friend had about the 'monster-of-the-week' routine some shows seem to fall into, eg. Power Rangers, a majority of action cartoons, episodes of Smallville and X-Files, etc, etc.
The discussion mainly started with, wouldn't it be cool if all the monsters-of-the-week basically ganged up on the superhero?
So this is what this is.
I'll post other stuff here soon enough, but please, feel free to comment, criticise, and leave your thoughts, as I do occasionally enjoy hearing them.
