Well Back to the Barnyard already got a movie, so what was the point of posting that you don't want to see the movie.
I personally loved Avatar and can't wait to see the movie. At first I was hesitant about M. Night being in charge, but then I saw an interview done with M. Night and the Creators and when I heard the M.Night was a fan of Avatar himself, I was convinced.

I wanna be in the movie.. :< I guess I'll look for you though..
...And... the ending to Avatar sucked. I can only imagine how a 'movie' will go through.

I'm huge fan of Avatar! But i'm not sure about the idea of a live movie. In a cartoon you can do some of the most amazing things because it's not real and can be pulled off to look good. But in a real movie it will be hard for them to do that. None the less, I hope it works because it would be amazing.

There were so many...so many unanswered questions(to me) left unanaswered. Ok ok not that many but the most important FOR ME was the question Zuko asked his father a minute before the series ended :| no answer what so ever. If they were not going to answer said question then dang it why bring it up? Why say earlier in the series 'Your mother is still alive.' instead of going the freaking other way and saying 'She died protecting rebels.' or something.

If anybody wants to know when auditions are for it, check www.animemovieblog.net or .com i cant remember. Check for the Avatar news and it should be on there and then follow the link. I would just go there now and post it but I'm too busy so you'll have to find it the way I told you. Good luck!

I heard there's supposed to be a television movie(cartoon) but I'm not sure if it's true or not. *sighs* I hope they don't plan on remaking the series movie style and including the unanswered questions then :| that will suck hardcore if they do it.

Why is a live action movie about an American cartoon in the anime section? Eh, whatev's.
How do you know the trilogy's supposed to have a different, "better" (I liked the ending) ending, anyway? The director's been so anal about staying close to the source material that the show's creators have told him to cut things out.

1. It should not be in this section(same for the Ben 10 thread)
2. If they change the ending, it will suck.
3. If this was CN, I wouldn't doubt them doing that, but on Nick, I don't think they would remeake the ending(or the show)
Can some one move this thread into the right section?

I totally didn't say that prior to this.
Do you know every possible ending AND how each individual ending would be inferior to the original ending?
...When has Cartoon Network done something like this?
1. not the Ben 10 thing(that was just me)
2. I don't like people canging the ending to a show that just stopped
3. I was talking about my faith in the networks, Nick is yet to kill my trust, where as CN I have no doubt that they would.

There are many differences, but this thread does a better job than I could:
http://www.rangertalk.com/showthread.php?t=616
The biggest difference is that anime is from Japan.
Avatar is an American cartoon that was inspired by anime, but still is more cartoon than anime.
If you watch enough anime, you pick up on the tendences that come from the fact that it is Japanese.
In Avatar, I find far more cartoon like tendences in it(as we had decades of clasic cartoons like Lonny Tunes)
But like I said, that thread does a better job than I can.
